I hadn't been for a while due to Covid. The practice has change along with the staff. Went for a routine check-up and was welcomed and treated fabulous. The young lady dentist was very attentive and ensured I was checked, updated and offered good advice going forward. That's exactly what I call great customer care. Thank you 😊

I had a great appointment today! No fillings or extractions needed lol. The dentist and the hygienist are very professional and friendly. I have a fear of dentists and can say that they manage my fears very well. I feel very supported and understood, the staff take their time to make me feel comfortable. I had a deep cleaning and stain removal done first, which made a huge difference. After that, I saw Dr. Zarghoona Bano for a full assessment, and she was really helpful. I wanted to get my front tooth sorted before Ramadhan, and she made it happen by starting early the next day, which I really appreciated. She fixed the old bonding that was stained, and now everything looks natural. Really happy with the results and the care I received.
