I've been with my dentist for over 2 decades, this is the first time I referred myself to Shiraz endo, firstly the staff were very welcoming and hospitable, I was walked towards the lounge, very clean and comfortable, it felt like I was sitting in my living room, now it gets better, I was welcomed in by NIDA Kamal, she was very polite, professional and pleasant, she even offered to take my jacket for me just like the other staff, she thoroughly took her time and made all the effort necessary to reassure me and perform the necessary checks needed, she was completely honest and transparent, which I really admire as it's been a difficult task for some places. The prices they charge are completely justified and you get what you paid for. I will be going back to them for my treatment and I will definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a professional who takes their job seriously as well as making their patients feel comfortable. I went to Shiraz Endodontic Practice for a referral concerning a problematic root canal. Everything about my visit was relaxed and friendly. The welcome I received from the receptionist was warm and genuine. My appointment was on time, and I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my appointment. The consultant I saw was confident, informative and explained what she was doing at each point. The options I had were clearly explained and I felt happy with the whole process. I would recommend highly using this venue for any dental concerns.

I am a very nervous patient and all the team at Shiraz are so calm and nice and make me relax as much as I can! I was given lots of information on options and long term success of treatments and felt very well informed making my dental plan. The practice is lovely and bright and spotlessly clean, and even better has plenty of parking!

Excellent customer service. Good experience, everything explained clearly with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Treatment not yet started so can't comment on that, but so far all has gone well.

After being referred by my dentist, I had an excellent experience with Shiraz dental. I called a couple of times to make few enquiries and the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
