I’ve been going to this dentist for many years and I have always been impressed! I struggle with my wisdom teeth and I have always been seen quickly when I am in pain with them. My 17 month old twins have now been twice for their checks ups and the dentist was very kind and patient with them. I would not hesitate to recommend this dentist to others.
Shout out to Ellie on reception who put me on the waiting list for NHS care but voluntarily spent time with me on the phone to ask about my issue and gave great advice. I've spent all morning phoning around Birmingham and being greeted with receptionists who couldn't wait for me to put down the phone - so this was a breath of fresh air and she really did help me a great deal. Thank you!
