I haven't been to a dentist for a long time because I am extremely nervous. I went to this dentist for a filling and it was brilliant, the receptionist was so friendly, the dentist explained everything and it was painless. The best dentist I have ever been to so glad I went.

Went to have some work done on my teeth I'm vary weary of dentists but the lovely staff here put me at ease the dentist here is great I have a bit of a phobia of dentists but he helped me relax a little and was lovely and friendly would recommend this dentist to everyone. I have to agree with everyone else. This is a fantastic dentist. Nice and clean, always answer the phone. Not too difficult to get an appointment, friendly people on reception. The actual dentist is really professional and competent. There really is nothing bad to say, if you need a dentist, give this place a try.

Had some work done today on my teeth. I was worried for a long time that it was gonna hurt so I've always been put off going it took for my front tooth to fall out to finally go and I don't no what I was fussing about.the dentist done a superb job in giving me my smile back I've been smiling ever since .the receptionist is great really friendly and inviting and will try to get you seen asap I really recommend any to this dentist

Daughter had braces fitted and had them removed today and the results are absolutely amazing!! No extractions needed and position of teeth now is near perfect! All staff are always polite and helpful! Would definitely recommend!!

I recently visited the practice to see the hygienist. I’m an extremely anxious patient and was feeling very nervous. The hygienist was so kind. Easy to talk to, reassuring, patient and had a caring nature. He put me at ease and talked my through everything, checking in on me during the treatment to see if I was ok. I can’t fault them at all. I have visited the practice 5 times now in the last few months and all have been positive experiences. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone.

It is a very good practice very professional and helpful. If I have one criticism it is this . One of the clips in the lower jaw denture came out which from my point of view shouldn’t happen especially as the other one is still in place, that suggests to me that the one that came out wasn’t properly secured. The cost of this tiny replacement was £185 pounds for roughly around a half hours work seems rather expensive, maybe that is purely because I’m a pensioner I will leave what you think up to the individual

I am a very nervous patient due to years of poor experiences with NHS dentists. Recently I had a filling done by Dr Aneesh Dhunna, I was extemely anxious about having the treatment. Dr Dhunna was marvellous with me and put me at ease, by talking and reassuring me throughout my treatment. Highly recommend him, especially if you're a nervous patient like me.

We recently started working with Dental Support UK in August this year. The support and speed of response to any queries has been superb. Maria was our first point of contact, and is extremely helpful on every call! They have attended our practice twice to install new equipment and to do our PAT testing. I attended on the afternoon of Monday 11th November to have a tooth extracted. The tooth has been giving me increasing pain since June 2024. The roots of the tooth went into my sinus, which could have been an issue !! The service provided was excellent. My tooth was out within 5 minutes the dentist was exceptional and those in attendance, were all very polite, reassuring and informative. Thank you so much to all 3 in attendance. I would highly recommend.

I went for my assessment today. Staff are amazing polite and have amazing attitude to there work and also explain everything clearly. Receptionists were also amazing. I have to go back 31st January for my sedation. And have teeth out which I am still nervous about but looking forward to see and be around the positive energy from all the staff

Can't thank them enough! I was in so much pain due to a failed extraction attempt by my dentist. He referred me to Bhandal and it was out within 5 minutes. I was extremely nervous and visibly shaking when I arrived but the staff were lovely and tried their best to calm me. Seriously thinking of transferring there.

So, for TWO years I've had awful pain from my second to back tooth at the bottom on the left hand side, my dentist referred me to Bhandals dental practice in Cradley Heath and I was seen by their head dentist Doctor Bhandal, in three minutes he had the tooth out! Absolutely incredible! Even my own dentist had spent 25 minutes trying to remove it with no success. Wow! I HIGHLY recommend Doctor Bhandal and the Dental practice itself when you have a situation like this, amazing! 👏👏👏👍

I have used this practice since it has been open. Mr Bhandal is totally dedicated, as are all his staff. It is a busy practice they all work so hard and are very friendly. Over the years I have left reviews based on personal experience. No one enjoys going to the dentist, I suffer with extreme anxiety, yet with the care and compassion I receive not only from Mr Bhandal personally but also from his wonderful receptionists and dental assistants, it makes it less traumatic. There is a very specific mention to my new dentist Henry. In 25 years I have met some fabulous dentists Henry is definitely one of the best. His manner is exceptional in his ability to make you feel totally " in safe hands" calm and reassured. He is a superb dentist and totally committed to his work. I am extremely grateful for the compassion, patience and understanding of my fears at a recent appointment with him. I was given sedation administered by Mr Bhandal personally and didn't feel a thing. It is done in a safe and realxing environment. Mr Bhandal normally has a liitle chat as he is sedating so to calm you and the aftercare is extremely good. Deborah Turner.

Hi There I've always used Bhandal In Cradley. But Since COVID i haven't been,i tried ringing quite a few times only to be 14 in the Que. (this is not a criticism ) .So i tried Bhandal Colley Gate,got through straight away and made an appointment for the next day.Fantastic. On having a few moments spare i looked at the reviews for Colley gate ,some of the reviews were ok ,but two fairly recent ones didn't make such good reading.I thought "o dear what have i done". I can only speak as i find ,i have had dealings with three members of staff one being the dentist and i cant fault the staff at all, on all occasions polite jokey pleasant more than helpful, i was at ease all the time and would recommend this practice based on my experience , one last thin my partner has moved her too. So a big thank you to front of house staff and "the Dentist ", So A big thankyou Ade

Was very nervous attending the dentist for both check up and treatment but huge thank you to Mikey, Megan and Lindy who completely put me at ease. Mikey explained everything and was very calming and informative. I highly recommend.

Amazing quaint dentist who saw me after calling 111 the next day whereas everywhere else was saying 4 wks. Even for an emergency and I was in AGONY. So I'll always be greatful. Only qualm is the entrance. Really difficult navigating my pram through there with the clunky steps and old fashioned doors. But I'll put up with that for such great service.

Recently got a new dentist and she is ace. Friendly professional and speaking from my own experience pain free. Definitely recommend especially if your a big woos about the dentist like me.
