I recently had to visit for an emergency appointment due to severe toothache. From the moment I called, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They managed to squeeze me in the same day, which I was so grateful for. The dentist and the whole team were fantastic. They put me at ease straight away, explained everything clearly, and I ended up having a filling that same visit. I felt well looked after and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially for emergency dental care.

I recently visited a dentist to get my retainer after having braces, and I had a great experience. The staff was super welcoming, and the place was clean and well-organized. My retainer arrived in about three days, which was impressive. During my visit, they also checked my teeth and discovered over five cavities that my previous dentist hadn't mentioned. Excellent service from this establishment. It did not take long to get an appointment and that the dentists and receptionists were very professional. The dentists were very informative to their patients, letting them know all of their options before proceeding and were overall an excellent service. They also offered care after the procedure free of charge in case there were to be any issues after your visit. Would definitely go back here for future operations.

Amazing and friendly service! I needed to get my wisdom tooth surgically extracted, as my dentist couldn't do it, and needed an emergency appointment. Got it booked the first thing in the morning and after the scans and tests got it removed with the filling being done on another tooth as well. Didn't take too long at all. Pricing a bit more expensive than my usual dentist, but that's to be expected as this is an emergency service and the dentist who was treating me was very good and knowledgeable.

I had an excellent experience at Night and Day Emergency Dentist! After accidentally snapping my crown, I felt a bit anxious about what to do next. The team was incredibly proactive, and from the moment I walked in, they took the time to carefully assess the situation, discuss all of my options, and ensure I fully understood the process. What really stood out was their ability to complete the treatment on the same day, which lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. The professionalism and compassion they showed made a potentially stressful situation much easier to manage. I can highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental services.

I have been attending Pearl smile dentist at Dinsbury for the past 12 months. I have been under the care of Dr Nilesh Bhavsar, he had treated me with care and respect and explained different options of treatment and the best cost for my needs. Dr Nilesh approach has been very caring and professional and has taken the time to explain every procedure before it takes place. Prior to treatment I was lacking confidence to smile, after extensive oral treatment Dr Nilesh has given my the confidence back to smile and not be embarrassed. Everyone from reception to the dental nurses and hygienist had been very friendly, respectful and helpful....A big thanks to everyone and I will highly recommend your services.

I have been at this dentist for over 30 years and from single dentist to a group (PearlSmile), always NHS, and largely treated well. The current set up is clean, friendly and Rebecca is first class. She has handled my phobias and worries in a supportive way and seems only to undertake necessary work in my mouth. Highly recommended

The dentist, Dr. Michael Chu is very attentive and patient, and his technique is also very professional. Frequently inquired if I could raise my hand if I felt uncomfortable and would explain to me every step carried out. Every procedure reassures me. Starting from the reception, the people working there have always been courteous and helpful. The environment and tidiness of the premises is also good. As for the doctors, I've had perhaps four through the years, and I've only had one, who had the complete package, ie, skill, knowledge, bedside manners, attention to detail, and a pleasant demeanour. The rest would be lacking in one or more of those aspects. They could work on that. Overall a good practice, all things considered.

I have been a patient at Bupa dental practice in Eccles for a few years now. Have had a lot of treatment over recent years and I can't praise the staff enough! The reception staff are all fantastic. They are welcoming, friendly and warm. It's always nice to chat to them! They keep the practice running well. I have been seeing Jai the dentist fir my treatment. She is brilliant. She is friendly, professional and she really puts me at ease. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist. They are all lovely.

You always get greater but the lovely receptions Debbie and Alison followed by all the amazing dentists in the practise as I have met all of them by now and they have all treated me with kindness and empathy and were always here when I needed an appointment. My dentist is Jaimini and she is nothing but caring, lovely and has great skills to always resolve my issues and making sure I’m without any pain! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Bupa Dental at Hope Practice is excellent. The practice is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff are all warm reassuring and helpful. Can't rate them highly enough. It is 100% customer focused and makes attending an appointment so much easier. Definitely recommend.

Got my Invisalign done at Malmin. It is an expensive treatment but I would do it over again. From the first meeting with Oliver you can tell how professional they are. Dr Beatriz is the best dentist I ever had! She gentle and keeps the communication at all times letting you know what she’s doing next, which I love because you kinda can prepare yourself for what’s coming. She tells you things like ‘just polishing now so you’ll feel a little vibration’. Had a filling done and didn’t felt much or no pain at all, been to dentists that I sweat in the chair just having a regular basic yearly clean. Really happy with my teeth now and been having lots of compliments on how straight they look. My regular dentist has had me in for a yearly check up and has mentioned how great of a job they have done. Although, from now on I do not trust anyone else with my teeth but Dr Beatriz and malmin. Gracias Dr Beatriz and malmin see you soon for regular check ups. :)

Malmin Dental has been really helpful and informative from the start. I came here when looking to buy Invisalign but didn't know who to go to. The consultation was free and they made me feel really comfortable with how much everything was and explained any necessary costs and nothing was left hidden or trying to catch you out. Beatrice is now my dentist and she is lovely and kind. Each time I visit, I feel in safe hands that will ensure I get the best results.

I have been going to Malmin for a few years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris (dentist) and Rachael (hygienist). I have Malmin's Dental Plan which I find competitive, and have two routine appointments with them each year. My teeth have never been in such good condition and I always feel cared for on my appointments. Malmin offer a range of other services, which Chris and Rachael have made me aware of when appropriate, but never in a pushy way. I can't see myself going anywhere else whilst they're both there!

My experience. From walking into the building, straight away you will find the receptionist friendly, relaxed and courteous as they check you in. The service is quick, efficient and once in the dentist chair Theo and his dental nurse are informative and thorough Theo is excellent at explaining clearly of any matters which may need treatment and offers you a full review of all available options which may be available or appropriate. Of all the NHS services that I attend, the the service I receive at the Height Medical Practice is by far the best and for this reason I have decided to carry out this review. Thank you to you all

I had several visits here the past few weeks for root canal treatment on an upper molar so I could save my tooth. The procedure proved complicated due to 5 roots and some delaceration but my dental Dr did a fabulous job at doing the work on me. Great work team, lovely staff, be back for more work in the coming months.

I normally hate going to the dentist and find it anxiety inducing. However, this is probably the best dentist I have ever been to. Tasha was lovely and friendly to speak to and made me feel very at ease. Furthermore, the receptionist is very and friendly too. It is private so you do pay a little more than usual, however it's completely worth it with top tier service that they provide and no long waits for appointments too 🙂

I had a bridge fitted and the dentist suggested revolutionary bridge technology and took the time to find a lab that made this specific cutting edge bridge. As well as that the dentist meticulously and thoroughly checked and prepared my teeth before having the bridge fitted and insured that I had the best and most easy experience getting a bridge fitted. Dr Villegas was incredible, highly recommend.

I was treated for two root canals by Obyda Essam, the service was amazing and all the staff are very respectful. One thing that really stood out and sets Obyda apart from a usual dentist doing your root canal is his expertise in the field and his willingness to explain the issues at hand and the solutions available. I have had root canals done from my previous dental practices and none were successful or comforting. However Malt House have done a great job!

The Malt House Dental Surgery is the best I have ever been too. Adam, is absolutely fantastic. The team he has around him are equally brilliant, can't have asked for better service then I got. I’ve been with Malt House for a number of years, having moved with my dentist Adam. I’ve also had the pleasure of having Nina as my hygienist. They’re both totally ace! The practise itself is modern and inviting, and the service has always been exemplary. All the staff are very friendly and down to earth whilst acting as the professionals they are. I have found the practise to be particularly flexible with arranging appointments and most recently when I had an urgent issue, I was able to be seen extremely quickly. Whilst private does cost more than NHS, I’d never look back at this stage. Money very well spent 👌

I was referred here for an apicectomy by my dentist after normal root canal surgery didn't fix the swelling on my gum and initially suggested to remove the infected tooth. From start to finish, Obyda Essam was excellent. He was reassuring, informative (he knew his stuff!), friendly and happy to answer my questions no matter how stupid they were! I felt confident he would do a good job and that he did - thus saving my tooth! Huge thanks to him, the nurses and the staff at this practice. The practice itself was clean and conveniently located just outside the city centre. The waiting area was comfortable and had refreshments. Slight downside (hence 4 stars) as I had to chase my referral a couple of times and Obyda was only available 1 day a week.

I have had a few appointments for root canal treatment over the last few months with Obyda Essam. I can’t recommend him enough. I’m a nervous patient and he was always calm, kind and very reassuring, checking how I was throughout the treatment. I felt very safe in his hands and he did a really good job. Brilliant service. Friendly reception staff. Kind & courteous dentist. I am 70 years old, full of arthritis & struggle with stairs. My appointment was upstairs & the lady dentist took my bags & helped me on the stairs. I felt so at ease & my check up was fine 🙂 on leaving she again helped me down stairs & helped me with my bags. she also stated that for my next appointment she would try & book a room downstairs. The service offered is above & beyond expectation.

I had a great experience with this practice. I attended as a new patient and the reception staff were very friendly, polite and professional. I saw a dentist called Robin who was lovely. He explained the treatment I needed and went through options with me. I felt very reassured to go ahead with what was needed. I'm happy to say my treatment was pain free as I am fairly anxious over dental care. Overall I was very pleased and I am glad to have found a dental practice I feel comfortable attending.

I have had several appointments with the Windsor dental practice. On each occasion I have been treated with respect and friendliness. I've had a couple of appointments cancelled and some brought forward. This for me wasn't a problem as I am now retired. I had a deep clean using air flow with the lovely hygienist Rachel today. She was amazing. Made me feel so comfortable, was really gentle, explained the process clearly, handled my dental anxiety very well and did a superb job! So happy! 10/10

Had an appointment at the children’s department again today and all the staff are so amazing with the kids. We saw Dr Colin Berstain who my daughter has been seeing since 2019 when he treated her at the panda unit. I can not praise this Doctor enough he is fantastic and so caring. He is by far one of the best doctors I’ve ever come across and is so good with children. Just wanted to thank you all for your great work!
