I have been a patient at Bupa dental practice in Eccles for a few years now. Have had a lot of treatment over recent years and I can't praise the staff enough! The reception staff are all fantastic. They are welcoming, friendly and warm. It's always nice to chat to them! They keep the practice running well. I have been seeing Jai the dentist fir my treatment. She is brilliant. She is friendly, professional and she really puts me at ease. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist. They are all lovely.

Bupa Dental at Hope Practice is excellent. The practice is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff are all warm reassuring and helpful. Can't rate them highly enough. It is 100% customer focused and makes attending an appointment so much easier. Definitely recommend.

Great service again from the team at Didsbury Dental. I made an emergency appointment for my teenage son who was really struggling after damaging a tooth. They were able to make me a same day appointment in the evening and all the team worked with my son who has autism and needs a little more time than maybe others would. The dentist understood the issue and explained it really carefully and in a way that made it easy to understand and then completed the work quickly. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had a great experience at this dental clinic, Dr Kenan was professional, kind, and extremely skilled. Nurse Adil was very caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Booked an appointment on Sunday and got one very quickly, the receptionist was very kind, friendly and understanding. I got there and she was just as friendly in person and very sympathetic of my situation. Dr Ahmad and Charisma were fantastic and very understanding, didn’t pressure me into anything and were more than happy for me to make my own decisions, they even allowed me time to arrange funds during my appointment. Both very friendly and Dr Ahmad talked me through everything and was gentle. I came in due to a very aggressive and rapid tooth infection and he performed a root canal and prescribed me antibiotics. Thank you so so so much!

I can't praise the dentist, Tobias and his assistant, I'm really sorry for not catching her name, enough. They were absolutely fantastic with my 2 year old son and his first trip to the dentist. I had lots of concerns before arriving, but these were put at ease, not only by the very welcoming and lovely receptionist, but by both the dentist and assistant. I can't thank them enough for the ease of visit and the most important thing my little boy was a very happy boy and enjoyed the experience too. I can't recommend Manchester Dental enough. Me !. .60 year old nervous patient. . Brought up in the butcher dentistry years . . Laughing gas/ pulling teeth/ holding you down. Hence my fear of dentists. So I looked around for a new dentist. . I asked for recommendations and positive personal experience. Found what I was looking for in Manchester Dental. . . The journey has been 12 months. I expected that to achieve what I wanted/needed. But I was cared for , guided and calmed all the way through my treatment by confident , professional and lovely staff. So happy I chose this practice.

Nafees talked me through options and really reassured me that I could have lovely teeth again. I’ve been a patient of this dental practice for many years and would highly recommend it. All the staff are polite and friendly and premises are nice and clean. Previously when in severe pain due to a tooth infection that wouldn’t heal the dentist have gone out of their way to ensure that l received a further prescription for antibiotics the day before l went on holiday with the friendly receptionist delivering it straight to my door and the dentist ringing me while l was away to check how l was doing. I have always been given an appointment to see the dentist if l have been in agony with toothache.

Have been a private patient here for just over a year now, and cannot say how impressed I am at the care, quality and meticulous skill of this practice. Don’t let the exterior fool you. Initially I was apprehensive when seeing the practice from the outside (admittedly it needs an upgrade), but the moment I was greeted Dr Amaara, my doubts faded. I came in unhappy with the appearance of my old bridge, and Dr Amaara explained all my options with such thoroughness that I didn’t even have any questions. More than the mannerisms, the quality of work I had done with my new bridge was exceptional. The aesthetics were beautiful and natural, and the entire treatment from start to end was painless and very attentive, taking into account all my opinions for the look of my new bridge. Absolutely thrilled with the results, you can tell the staff here truly know what they’re talking about, and actually made going to the dentist a pleasure!! (Never thought I would say that about the dentist!) I recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a skilled and caring dental clinic. Thank you immensely to the entire staff.

The very next day l called this Dental practice around 09.30h and was offered an appointment the same day at 12.30h. I was so happy! I have just attended a dental appointment at Moston dental practice for an extraction and filling. I have a life long irrational fear of the dentist. John did my treatment and for the 1st time in years I felt relaxed and understood. I did not feel any pain even from the injections as he used numbing cream on my gums. His kindness and care was a pleasure to receive and also his assistant was so lovely. Highly recommend John especially if you're a nervous patient. Thank you John. The whole practice is excellent. My brother also attends there. He has disabilities and again the care and kindness shown to him is excellent.

Excellent dentist. Got to see them promptly. After initial assessment another appointment was made for the same day, including the hygienist. They literally bent over backwards to help me and I'm extremely grateful. As well as the Dentist, the reception staff are absolutely brilliant and we had a great chat. My dentist Mr Saleem is a very professional, articulate, positive and extremely helpful person. He has given me a service above and beyond expectations!! I have had unfounded fears of dentistry for a while and he has been patient and sensitive. The whole practice performs with a top level of professionalism - it's why I travel into Manchester from out of the area for my appointments here. I shall continue to use this practice with reservation.

As a nervous patient I’m always worried before a visit to the dentist and hygienist and today was no exception. I was greeted warmly by the hygienist who put me at ease straight away and talked through the procedure explaining what she was doing and that I was okay. The aftercare was given in a clear manner and all my fears were alleviated after the visit. The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Went to see Pippa today and she’s absolutely amazing! I used to have the biggest fear of the dentist but I don’t even mind sitting in the chair now. She’s so nice and gentle and doesn’t make you feel like you’re being told off when you visit! If there were more dentists like Pippa there would be less people dodging the dentist! Thank you!

Absolutely terrified of the dentist because of previous experiences. Started my treatment here before Christmas and I cannot believe how brilliant they are , they are so understanding and have put me at ease from day one. The dental therapist Nafisa recently performed a tooth extraction for my 11 year old daughter and I couldn’t be more impressed with her care and professionalism. She was patient and her kind and gentle approach put my daughter at ease. She was supported by her nurse Khola and her presence made my daughter felt calm and comfortable throughout the process. The extraction itself was quick and smooth and they provided clear aftercare instructions to ensure a speedy recovery. I would highly recommend Nafisa and Khola to parents looking for someone skilled in working with children. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.

This is the best dental practice in manchester! The decor is superb, feels very welcoming, and all the staff are extremely friendly. I highly recommend Sanjay he is by far a fantastic and very professional dentist. During the treatment, he was extremely professional, and at every step, he kept me informed and made sure i was ok and answer any question i may have. A Clean, quiet dentist in a busy location. Staff are polite and professional. Sanjay was perfect. Sense of humour on point but most importantly, the work he did on my teeth was 100% . Very satisfied with the results.

I'm usually quite anxious about the dentist so it had been a while since I'd seen one, but my appointment with Sanjay was relaxed and thorough. I was kept informed throughout any uncomfortable bits, and left feeling a lot less stressed about the whole thing. Would definitely book in again, and probably not after such a long gap!
