Booked in an emergency appointment with Dr Connie as my filling had fallen out. All the staff are so efficient and friendly and explained everything really well so that I didn't feel stressed or anxious. Amazing service as always.
Dr Connie and junior Dr Robyn were absolutely wonderful with me this morning, I can't thank them enough. I was extremely nervous, not helped by being a bit late due to the roadworks, and they both worked with me, calmed me down and just kept checking in to make sure I was OK during the procedure I was having. Can't thank them enough and the procedure went really well. I've seen Dr Connie before for check ups and she's always matter of fact but kind and non judgmental. I've also seen hygienist Dr Susie and she did an amazing job too with her assistant (so sorry I can't remember her name), made my teeth look the best they have in years.
The dentist was lovely and took his time to explain my options thoroughly. I’m still an NHS patient at the practice, but I didn’t feel rushed through the appointment and I had time to ask questions. The reception staff are also amazing. I’ve been coming here for years and always have great treatment.
