Harriet was brilliant. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 8 years. Maybe luck that I didn’t have any serious cavities or issues. But, still Harriet was professional and very personal. As was her assistant. Good price. The receptionist as well was very nice. I’ve left with my teeth being the best they’ve been in a long time. I would highly recommend as others have. A good deal for regular checks through the year. And will definitely be returning. Thanks again 🙂

I was quite anxious about going to the dentist but found a super friendly environment and reasonable prices. Such lovely people! I have always felt self conscious going to any dentist until I visited The Dental Sanctuary. Everyone made you feel welcome and it was a very relaxed setting. My dentist went into detail about the work I needed doing, which was very helpful as an anxious person. They both were so lovely and smiley people. It has been a great experience for me compared to other dentists I have visited!

I’ve been a satisfied patient at the practice for several years. Recently I fell resulting in considerable damage to my front teeth. Dr Rob Trem, my dentist, was able to see me very quickly and take immediate steps to initiate effective treatment and also recommended I visit A&E for stitches and a general check which I did. Although an ongoing process I am very impressed by the care and holistic approach to me as a patient.

I am very impressed with the service provided at Timperley Village Dental Practice. My sister has dementia and both administrative and dental staff are helpful and understanding of her needs. I accompanied my sister to her recent appointment and a special thanks must go to Robert Trem and his assistant, Natasha. They both fully appreciated the effect that dementia has on my sister’s mental state, which makes her very nervous. However, their caring and patient manner meant that my sister received the treatment that she needed without her being upset or worried.

I got teeth whitening done by Dr Ben and it was a great experience. The reception staff are friendly and the waiting area was very comfortable. Dr Ben came and greeted me and led me to the treatment room which made me feel more relaxed than a regular visit to the dentist where you’re called in. From there I found the rest of the appointment relaxed and Ben thoroughly explained the process. Overall a much nicer visit to the dentist than usual. Thanks

I couldn’t recommend Smile Stylist more! It’s a fantastic, personable and welcoming practice. Tom looked after me and my teeth for 2 years and I’m over the moon with the results. He is extremely thorough, kind and listens to any questions. I was also able to get fillings, cleans and whitening done as well as Invisalign. All was completed to an extremely high standard. Thanks so much to Tom, his team and also all the staff on reception.

I’ve been with Malt House for a number of years, having moved with my dentist Adam. I’ve also had the pleasure of having Nina as my hygienist. They’re both totally ace! The practise itself is modern and inviting, and the service has always been exemplary. All the staff are very friendly and down to earth whilst acting as the professionals they are. I have found the practise to be particularly flexible with arranging appointments and most recently when I had an urgent issue, I was able to be seen extremely quickly. Whilst private does cost more than NHS, I’d never look back at this stage. Money very well spent 👌

I was treated for two root canals by Obyda Essam, the service was amazing and all the staff are very respectful. One thing that really stood out and sets Obyda apart from a usual dentist doing your root canal is his expertise in the field and his willingness to explain the issues at hand and the solutions available. I have had root canals done from my previous dental practices and none were successful or comforting. However Malt House have done a great job!

I have had a few appointments for root canal treatment over the last few months with Obyda Essam. I can’t recommend him enough. I’m a nervous patient and he was always calm, kind and very reassuring, checking how I was throughout the treatment. I felt very safe in his hands and he did a really good job. I’d like to send my thanks to him and all the staff at Malt house who are always so friendly.

I was referred here for an apicectomy by my dentist after normal root canal surgery didn't fix the swelling on my gum and initially suggested to remove the infected tooth. From start to finish, Obyda Essam was excellent. He was reassuring, informative (he knew his stuff!), friendly and happy to answer my questions no matter how stupid they were! I felt confident he would do a good job and that he did - thus saving my tooth! Huge thanks to him, the nurses and the staff at this practice. The practice itself was clean and conveniently located just outside the city centre. The waiting area was comfortable and had refreshments. Slight downside (hence 4 stars) as I had to chase my referral a couple of times and Obyda was only available 1 day a week.

The Malt House Dental Surgery is the best I have ever been too. Adam, is absolutely fantastic. The team he has around him are equally brilliant, can't have asked for better service then I got. I recently visited a dentist to get my retainer after having braces, and I had a great experience. The staff was super welcoming, and the place was clean and well-organized. My retainer arrived in about three days, which was impressive. During my visit, they also checked my teeth and discovered over five cavities that my previous dentist hadn't mentioned. Amazing and friendly service! I needed to get my wisdom tooth surgically extracted, as my dentist couldn't do it, and needed an emergency appointment. Got it booked the first thing in the morning and after the scans and tests got it removed with the filling being done on another tooth as well. Didn't take too long at all. Pricing a bit more expensive than my usual dentist, but that's to be expected as this is an emergency service and the dentist who was treating me was very good and knowledgeable.

Excellent service from this establishment. It did not take long to get an appointment and that the dentists and receptionists were very professional. The dentists were very informative to their patients, letting them know all of their options before proceeding and were overall an excellent service. They also offered care after the procedure free of charge in case there were to be any issues after your visit. Would definitely go back here for future operations.

I recently had to visit for an emergency appointment due to severe toothache. From the moment I called, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They managed to squeeze me in the same day, which I was so grateful for. The dentist and the whole team were fantastic. Booked an appointment on Sunday and got one very quickly, the receptionist was very kind, friendly and understanding. I got there and she was just as friendly in person and very sympathetic of my situation. Dr Ahmad and Charisma were fantastic and very understanding, didn’t pressure me into anything and were more than happy for me to make my own decisions, they even allowed me time to arrange funds during my appointment. Both very friendly and Dr Ahmad talked me through everything and was gentle. I came in due to a very aggressive and rapid tooth infection and he performed a root canal and prescribed me antibiotics. Great service again from the team at Didsbury Dental. I made an emergency appointment for my teenage son who was really struggling after damaging a tooth. They were able to make me a same day appointment in the evening and all the team worked with my son who has autism and needs a little more time than maybe others would. The dentist understood the issue and explained it really carefully and in a way that made it easy to understand and then completed the work quickly. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I never write reviews but this really deserves a 5 star 10 star ⭐⭐⭐ I was so nervous and upset when I walked in, but honestly Olivia is the best receptionist, did her up most best to get me an appointment as I had cracked my tooth and wanted to get it resolved asap. I suffer from mental health and I was very scared and emotional, Tamara the dentist was absolutely amazing in talking me through and taking her time to cooperate with my anxiety. She cleaned my teeth and filled in the crack and I can't even tell it was ever there. I ab asolutely loved my experience and can't wait to see them again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had an appointment today to replace a bit of an old filling. I am an extremely nervous patient with a phobia of injections. The dentist and assistant very sympathetic and supportive, and in the end the treatment was done without having to have any local anaesthesia. Also they do not pressure to go ahead with unnecessary treatments, and explore options openly without any mystery. Explained everything clearly, including explaining my x-rays to me. Very happy. I hope this dentist stays.

I registered with the practice on an emergency basis after experiencing a dental abscess and ongoing issues with my tooth. I was registered and seen on the same day. Dr Ross was amazing, guiding me through treatment options and was able to save my tooth through completing root canal treatment and fitting a crown. He ensured I was as comfortable as possible, providing pain relief, breaks when needed and aftercare advice. I couldn’t recommend Dr Ross and the practice enough.

Saw Gemma the dental hygienist this morning for the first time ... together with her assistant, Blue. I know some people do not like going to the dentist (I am not one of them by the way but in the past I have found excuses not to go) but everyone at City Centre Dental Practice is so welcoming and make you feel at ease. Gemma and Blue were superb ... they completed a full oral hygiene assessment before carrying hygiene techniques that were far in advance of what I have ever experienced before. Gemma explained everything she was doing and also what extra studies she was undertaking. It filled me with great confidence. She also explained and demonstrated how to use an electric toothbrush to maximise the cleaning of the teeth and also improve gum health ... within minutes you could really feel the difference. In summary, Gemma and Blue were excellent and I have rebooked for 2 months time as part of my overall treatment plan. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As the Pam Eyres ditty went ... "If only I had looked after my tooth!!!"

I live for good teeth facial… (hygienist appointments) my journey with braces has made me embrace trips to City Center dental. I have met the best ladies here.. Gemma, Niamh, Kimberly and Debbie! Summer did the cleaning for me with support from Daniel, and both were incredibly nice and kind and put me at ease throughout (I have extremely high dental anxiety). First time visit and to start easy parking. Friendly welcome in reception. Nice clean and bright waiting area. Seen on time by a friendly dentist in a clean and modern room. Had a checkup and filling with the dentist very gentle so didn’t feel the injection. Treatment was quick, no pain at all. Dentist continually told me what was happening after a thorough check up. Dental nurse was welcomed me with a smile and friendly. Overall very pleased to start using this dentist and for fast response
