I always feel cared for when I go to Thackery Dental by every single member of staff. No matter what the issue is (and sometimes it's parking not teeth) there is always someone there to help. The atmosphere is friendly, inviting and calm. Everyone is willing to chat or listen. I'm extremely happy with my experience every time I am there.

A great dental practice, very helpful and caring staff who will always do everything they can to help or answer any questions. Just wanted to mention Andy Gibson is a brilliant dentist, always takes time to explain everything, most recently was in for an extraction which was done with the utmost care and consideration. I have honestly not been to the Dentist for many years. Had a bad experirnce. I visited Thackeray's dental today and I was so pleased I had to write a review immediately. Called because I got lost and Heather from reception was so helpful, even coming outside to give me directions. Dentist Mena, though he's younger, he is an example of what Dentists should be like - thorough, professional, knowledgeable but still compassionate. I must mention too the office was so clean and comfortable and no long waiting. If you need a Dentist with no frills and "troubles" this is the place for you..

All of the staff from front of house to treatment, are friendly and professional. They explain things in simple terms without judgement and provide estimates up front so costs are not a suprise. I'd highly recommend.
