Henna is brilliant. I've come for a check with x-rays and she's been lovely, thorough, and really allowed me to picture what treatment it is I'm saying yes to and why she recommends it. Scarlet on reception has also been great at making a few concerns I had previously better. Reception are definitely undervalued as how much of a difference they make so thank you

Well I can not put into words the visit I've just had at this dentist. I needed a complete overall and planned treatment of my teeth. The lovely dental nurse Beth got me an appointment as a nhs patient. The building is clean bright and lots of car spaces. The staff from walking in where so lovely ( I'm nervous of the dentist due to past incidents) Then I went in to the fabulous Tom and his dental nurse sorry didn't get your name. After an hour of Tom's time doing his assessment I was advised of the plan of treatment. Everything explained fully and even shown the scans and what the problems. Voila a plan of action in place. It was the best experience I've ever had fron a dentist. Thank you all didn't think I'd ever get sorted. Well done to you all and thank you. Highly recommend 10 🌟

The staff at Broadfield Dental Practice, including the receptionists, nurses, and dentist, have been exceptional. They provided me with great support in addressing the toothache that has been troubling me. The staff were friendly, compassionate, and took great care of me. They even stayed past their scheduled closing time to ensure that I was comfortable after my tooth extraction; they then called me on the Saturday morning to check up on me. Although I am not fond of visiting the dentist, the treatment I received has made me look forward to my next appointment! I would like to express my sincere gratitude by saying, "Thank you so much".

Both Tom and Scarlet really put me at ease. It feels like visiting friends that have a Job to do. A far cry from the typical dentist appointment filled with anxiety and dread. From the moment you meet the staff at reception, who take the time to remember your name, you will instantly feel welcomed and at ease. It’s also with noting that Tom and Scarlet do fantastic dental work. Ensuring at every stage that the procedures carried out are comfortable in your mount and that you are happy with the outcome. You’d be very here pushed to find a better dentist or a better Dental Practice.

Me and my children are registered with this practice. Recently my daughter had a problem Rang the dentist late afternoon for emergency appointment the receptionist’s chennell &roxanne were absolutely fantastic arrange for us to come in the same day gave the dentist we saw was very understanding listened to my concerns and treated my daughter best to his ability explained everything. my daughter was so nervous but he talked her through everything that he was doing at the end prescribed her antibiotics. After a couple of days the dentist called to see how my daughter was doing explained to me regarding the referral. And then a few days later the receptionists also called to see if my daughter was ok. It was very nice of them to get in contact to see if everything was settling it was so nice of them to do that it just goes to show they are professionals but also are humans it’s very rare you have a practice calling you up too see if the child is better after treatment. The manager Rebecca at the practice is absolutely wonderful always makes effort with patients that attend asking them how they are and actually makes time to have a conversation. Her management skills are shown in her practice and through her staff always smiling nothing is too much for them.
