Only just joined from the other practice - so far, excellent in most respects. Reception staff nice and welcoming. The spiral staircase up to floor 1 might be a problem for some people, I was fine. Maybe there's a lift Treatment from dentist Jess Young was great as ever. Only minor niggle is to be asked to pay for work yet to be carried out in a further appointment. Not great. Despite this, I'd recommend this practice.
My first visit to this Practice since my dentist moved there and it was a good experience. I am impressed with the building, state of the art equipment and friendliness of the staff. My dentist, Charlotte, is professional, kind and caring as she always is.
Well organised, and efficient practice with some very capable dentists. I'm an NHS patient but get excellent service. My current dentist did a filling for me while attending a checkup last week, saving me days of discomfort and a further appointment. They also seem very friendly and positive.
Dentist was clean and well presented, parking a bit difficult. Hygienist brilliant made you at home. Receptionist very helpful. Would of preferred the old practice. But booked again.
