I’m undergoing implant treatment and was extremely nervous to begin with but with Emily keeping me informed every step of the way my nervousness soon evaporated. I've been Disabled from birth & have lived in Chesterfield nearly all of my 61 years. My walking has become more difficult of late & I had surgery on my spine last year. All I've ever known is that this world is designed by & for people who can get around under the power of their 2 legs. I'm finding that the signals to my muscles have all but stopped due to a narrowing of my Spinal Cord & my legs no longer work as they did (I usually use elbow CRUTCHES BTW). The dental practice I have used for the last few years is based in a building built before Building Regs included access for people with disabilities. Outside, is a tall step before you get to the door. There are two grab rails on the wall. I noticed that they have a ramp to help with access into the building, never realising that one day I'd need it. Today, I now need it. I need help! I just wanted to give a shout-out to Ferndale House Dental Practice as by doing what they've done, it's saying: "Can we help?" They are very good at what they do and value their patients who are customers too. So if you are a business owner or are involved in running one, please don't forget that your customers choose to put their money your way for a reason. Removing the barriers to accessing your goods & services says that you value all customers, not just those that can walk without difficulty. I want to be part of this world too. I'm so glad that Ferndale House Dental Practice allows me to receive the excellent services they provide. They literally put a smile on my face! Well done to all concerned!

Dr. Duran and the entire team at Ferndale House Dental Practice are kind, professional, and truly care about their patients. The Practice is beautifully presented, as are the state of the art surgeries with all the latest up-to date equipment. The dental treatments and the service provided by all the team is of a very high standard and they take pride in this. From routine cleanings to more involved high quality procedures one can feel reassured they are in very good hands. I have been with Ferndale House as my dentists for over 15 years and they have always been kind and explained everything that is happening. Leo and all his staff are wonderful, calm and patient. The one time I had an emergency they were so good at getting me in, seen and treated quickly. I would definitely recommend Ferndale, for both routine and cosmetic treatments.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ferndale dental practice. From the moment you arrive all the staff are friendly, courteous and very professional. The reception staff and dental nurses are always polite and welcoming and although I am not a nervous patient, I would imagine they are experts at putting the anxious person at ease. My dentist , Simon, is brilliant at discussing and explaining my treatment and is very respectful of my views as well. Also he is a thoroughly nice person which is always an added bonus. The environment is clean and inviting and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dentistry.

I have recently had alot of work done on my teeth. I am rather scared of going to the dentist but Dr. Hannah was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job saving my teeth and it was all pain free the injections didn't even hurt which they normally do. The reception staff were also amazing as I had to swap and change appointments a few times and they were very good sorting this for me. A very friendly and caring atmosphere would definitely recommend.

I recently became a patient at Buxton Dental Practice because I felt let down by my previous dentist of 20 years and was experiencing sudden, overwhelming pain after a crown. All the staff are so friendly and professional. I was able to get in very quickly as an emergency and felt I was listened to carefully and treated with compassion. I can’t thank the team enough. Craig was amazing and after a fairly quick procedure the pain has reduced to moderate levels and there is a plan of action. Thank you so much to all the team.

Craig & the team were very kind. I had a problem with my Damon braces after moving to the area recently. I was waiting to see an orthodontist but had trouble finding someone who would take a look. This led to the wires poking out of the braces into my gums. I gave Buxton Dental a call Friday afternoon. They kindly made time and waived the fee. Such a relief. Thank you!

Great dentist, receptionists always friendly and smiling even during busy times. Helpful when rearranging appointments. A special thanks to Abi who saw my autistic son today, explained everything to him in great detail and told him how things would feel before she did them which was so helpful.He’s not usually a fan of the dentist but he came out with a huge smile. The staff are always very welcoming and know how to treat patients with respect. Nadia my dentist and Leanne her dental assistant make you feel at easy. They listen to your concerns and give you breaks during treatment if you need them. They have become very special to me and they make you laugh which in turn puts you at ease. I have been going to this dentist for many years and would not change. Once you find a good dentist you stick with them.

My first visit to Amber Valley Dental and I was made to feel at ease right from seeing the receptionist. Nadia and her assistant were very kind and understanding of the Issues I have with my teeth. Nadia listened to my concerns and discussed a plan to start my cosmetic treatment. I felt comfortable and I found Nadia very easy to talk to.

Needed an emergency appointment today, Amy was really helpful on the phone and managed to get me a last minute appointment on the same day. Nadia was amazing and was really happy with the experience.

Omg wow!! When I arrived at the surgery it felt like I’d walked into a dream. The really great kind. Sophie and Lucy were totally amaze ballz and definitely the best dentist and dental hygienist I’ve ever met. Would highly recommend to anyone! A massive thank you to dentist Matt, he is brilliant. Had an upper wisdom tooth extraction this morning, the tooth was out in under 2 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing! Cate as alway was fabulous and looks after my daughter so well. SETI was one of the best hygienist yet for my daughter with special needs, she was so good with her, kind and caring and did not rush her at all. In all this is the best dentist I have ever been to and am so glad I found it and decided that I would bring me and my family to this dentist. You have one of the best most kindest teams I have ever known for a dentist and service is top dog and so is all treatment. I had another successful visit to this superb dentist last week. Always such a lovely experience in a modern and clean practice that’s buzzing with a professional clinical team. A really pleasant experience from start to finish from a very cheerful and helpful Jane on reception, the friendly dental assistants and onto Simona, my brilliant dentist. All in all a really first class dental practice and highly recommended.

Monica is the best dentist I have ever been to! She's really competent and her expertise inspires confidence and trust in me as a patient. She is also extremely caring and always tends to my pain and concerns. I have been recovering from a traumatic experience with another dentist and the way she works healed something in me. I strongly recommend her services, and can't thank her enough!

10/10 for Invisalign treatment! At 49 years old I can now say that I am truly happy with the way my teeth look! All thanks to the truly brilliant treatment, support and advice from Simone and her team. I’m really impressed at their dedication to achieving the right result and felt well informed and consulted throughout. It was a bit strange at first but I soon got used to it and now just need to practice smiling (with teeth) for photos. Simone really listened to my concerns about a potential relapse and suggested the perfect solution to ensure my investment isn’t wasted with a fixed retainer which I’m very happy with. One of the things that really made life easier was the communication from the reception team and Jane in particular should get a big shout out for her super friendly, proactive approach. As a busy working mum I can be asked to change plans at quite short notice and Jane completely understood and made booking appointments so easy with instant confirmations which really helped me squeeze this treatment in and just do a little something for myself! Keep up the great work. Should I really post this or keep this gem of a dentist a secret? 🤫

The standard of care is excellent and the staff do their best to help you. Piece of tooth broke off yesterday, foned for help with it at 4pm, they managed to fit me in between bookings and a repair was carried out at 4.45! Fantastic. A big "Thank You" to Adrian and his team, a credit to the NHS.
