We used Hashtag cleaning for our end of tenancy clean. The communication throughout the process was great and we were very pleased with the service that was provided. The cleaning supervisor arrived on time, and we did a tour of the flat together so we could point out any areas that needed specific attention. The team of two cleaners also arrived promptly, and worked for 4-5 hours. We were very pleased with the results - definitely a “professional clean”, which is what we needed to end our tenancy and hopefully get our deposit back in full. Thank you!
