Jim Gildea and his Total Trauma Cleaning (TTC) team are an absolute godsend. An excellent communicator, Jim took on the lion’s share of the responsibility for fully resolving my very difficult situation. As a totally professional operator and widely experienced manager, Jim was always positive, enthusiastic, considerate, and good-humoured in providing completely reliable leadership and totally sound advice. As well as personally ensuring the considerable tasks for TTC were all accomplished on time and to a very high standard, Jim recommended and then organised some other excellent contractors and agents. And he then went on to work in close co-ordination with them to ensure a thoroughly professional and totally satisfying complete transformation of the situation. In summary, Jim Gildea and his highly motivated TTC team make the traumatic tolerable, the formidable feasible, and the daunting doable. Very highly recommended indeed.
