We started using rapid clean this year in March after 3 years of multiple cleaning contracts for different companies and awful services and moving to Rapid Clean is one of the best things we have ever done. From setting up the account with Fran to our now account manager Mohamed and our new amazing cleaners, they can't do enough for us and for the first time in years i don't have to worry about the cleaning standards in our GP practice. We have nearly been with Rapid Clean for a full year and for peace of mind and the standards they provide it has been worth every penny. We have also now just had our first NHS england Infection Control audit of the year and scored 98.5% which is an amazing result and the cleaning all scored 100% from the cleaning standards to the cleaning schedule. I would recommend Rapid to any healthcare provider - especially a GP practice.

We have been using Rapid Cleaning at our Golf Club for a few years now and the service has been wonderful! The staff are reliable and the work is regularly monitored by management. Mirela is our Contracts Manager, she has very high standards of her staff and the smallest things are addressed during her regular checks without my having to ask. Highly recommend.

Sadly we didnt use this company in the end, but I did meet with Jessica to have quotes put in place and a tour of our school to see exactly what services we required. Jessica was very efficient, polite and professional and came to see us in a very short turn around from the first initial contact. She knew exactly the best things to recommend, and was very thoughtful on the budget the school had in mind. They even followed up with our needs a few months later to see if this is still something that we required without coming across as a pushy sales ploy. I would highly recommend this company on the above and how they felt like a company I would have liked to work with.
