I used Stainless Green at short notice for an end of tenancy clean. Having been burnt before by unscrupulous agents, I found them receptive and supportive to my concerns. They arrived on time, completed an excellent job and I incurred no charges at all. Extremely good value for money and I highly recommend.

The communication has been really good, and they have accommodated the date and time I needed. Price compared to market was great. The person who has conducted the cleaning seemed nice and has spent a lot of time detail cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. The only comment I have since the 4 starts is there were a few areas missed like inside the drawers, kitchen floors skirting boards which had stains on them.

Alex did a fantastic job cleaning our sofa and rug. We used the company for the second time already and both times were very happy with the results. The sofa and the rug were left spotless and everything was done quickly and efficiently.

Super friendly and reasonable prices! I have been coming here to get my duvet/comforter cleaned every month and have been completely satisfied with the results. My white duvet comes out spotless, thoroughly cleaned, and non scented. They also try their best to accommodate when to get the cleaning done and provides nice bags to keep my duvet in for easy transport and packing. Used j & I cleaning about 8 months ago to clean our extraction in a commercial kitchen wow did they do a great job , had them back today to do the extraction , merry chef , flat grill and fryers , paid a lot of money for this and expected to be able to touch the equipment without getting dirty and greasy hands at least but this was not to be , so contacted the company and they sent someone back out to re clean parts , in this time while he was cleaning something on a piece of a equipment disintegrated as I don’t think he should have put it in water , after chatting with the office they sourced the part and paid for the part , the following week we were still having problems with the extractor so they sent someone else out and he was absolutely amazing , he fitted the part on the merry chef and sorted the extractor out which still had grease in it hence why it was still making a noise , this worker really redeemed the company and sorted every issue . We have had a few problems with our clean but I cannot fault the company on getting this rectified for us and it would not put us of using the company as sometimes things don’t go to plan but it’s how you handle these things and the company were amazing on this !

J & I Cleaning Services carried out an end-of-tenancy deep clean at my rental property in Ruislip on 30/8/24. Their team of four ladies worked industriously and effectively for three-and-a-half hours, leaving the house immaculate from top to bottom. Had to give a shout-out to Anyclean for sending someone as awesome as Perfect (yes, that's her real name, and she totally lived up to it!) to clean my laundry room. It was an absolute disaster zone, but when she was done, it looked like a showroom. I didn't even think it could get that spotless! If you're looking for someone who works magic with cleaning supplies, ask for Perfect. I’ll definitely be using Anyclean again—10/10 would recommend!

We'd been trying to get a thorough full clean of our house done for a few months and were getting a lot of quotes and messages and it all seemed very overwhelming. And then we found Anyclean and the entire process was very quick and very easy to arrange. After an initial online enquiry, and a few emails to confirm details, I had a phone call with Petya in customer service and everything was straight forward and easy to arrange. We had made a mistake in our initial enquiry in terms of what type of clean we were looking for and the switch was absolutely no problem at all. I received a questionnaire to complete and the job was booked in for the following week, easy peasy. The pair of cleaners (whose name I didn't get, I'm so sorry about that!) turned up on time and were very professional. We did a walk through of the house, to point out the various rooms to be cleaned and the rooms not to be cleaned, and discuss any areas that needed special attention etc. There was no issues and I absolutely felt like they were hearing and making note of everything I was saying. Someone else mentioned attention to detail and going above and beyond in their review, and I absolutely agree. We mostly tried to stay out of their way so they could do their work, but had to pop into the kitchen while they were cleaning in there, as the circuit had tripped (old house, old wiring. absolutely not their fault!) and after we showed them how they could access the circuits (which has to be done from outside the house) - in case it happened again - we felt completely comfortable leaving them with our keys. Later on we decided to go out for lunch, so popped in to let them know we would be gone for an hour or two, which was also no problem. And both times I found them on step ladders cleaning fine detail aspects of the house I hadn't even thought to mention or think about, and had in no way expected them to be cleaning. It was very clear that the team really took pride in their work and wanted to do a thorough job. Our house looked amazing when they finished and we couldn't be more grateful for how easy the whole process was, and how outstanding the quality of the work was. Thank you.

Hi! Totally recommended! The staff extremely friendly, totally professional, not over prized and they are really do a great job! I had a whole in my Balenciaga's and no-one could fix it but luckily I found them! been always using the one in High street but every time I got there all my clothes came back in the same condition like before and I still payed for "cleaning" ... Also like I said, do not go anywhere else if you want your clothes etc done professionally. Thanks once again and see you soon probably :)
