Amazing all-round service! Alex on the phone was an absolute gentleman, thoroughly explained all the details of the cleaning, and sent a very lovely cleaning lady to deep clean my 2-bedroom apartment. I recently booked a deep clean for my 5-bedroom house in north London and was utterly taken aback by how incredibly well their cleaning team carried out the cleaning service. I called the company a couple days before my check out date and Alex was so lovely and helpful on the phone. He thoroughly explained what was included in the deep cleaning and I was very impressed - he was very knowledgeable and such a gentleman during the entire process. The two cleaners who attended were very sweet, through with their deep clean, didn’t skip any areas or take any shortcuts. Very efficient and honest work for a reasonable price. Upon recommendation, my friend has also hired this company for her weekly cleaning needs.

Another company was supposed to do a deep clean for our house but let us down at the last minute. I contacted The Ultimate Cleaners and spoke to Alex, told him we were in desperate need of a cleaner because we had move out of our house and hand keys back to our estate agents. Alex walked me through the entire process, explained what was included in the moving-out clean, instructed two of their cleaners to clean on such short notice and they did a fantastic job. I was an absolute mental mess and Alex managed to calm me down and deliver a very nice and professional service. Their cleaners handed us business cards and I have already recommended them to friends as they also offer regular cleaning. 5/5!

Seriously amazing service! I booked an End of Tenancy clean in Southwark and I so highly recommend their services. Our cleaner Lloyd worked so thoroughly and left the property looking brand new, I was astounded at how spotless he had made the property look. Every little detail was taken care of and he worked at the flat all day long. The communication before the clean was also brilliant and super friendly, thank you. If you can, please ask for Lloyd he was fantastic and so friendly to briefly meet! Give that man a raise!!

I found this firm after having a bad first experience hiring cleaners recently elsewhere. I have no choice in my current situation and had to hire out cleaners. Due to my negative experience elsewhere I was hesitant to believe if all google reviews are real on a lot of firms. However, I can safely say the positive reviews are reflecting my own experience today. Started with quick and clear communication with the office and a competitive price quoted. The two cleaners that turned up were friendly, helpful but most importantly did a great job deep cleaning my kitchen which was left dirty by previous tenant. I am glad I took a chance here and would recommend them to others looking for professional cleaners.

We’ve been using IVS for a while, they are very responsive and reliable. We had a few very lovely cleaners, our current cleaner Hrizantema is going above and beyond, she’s very thorough and got so much done in 2 hours! Tatyana on the management team is also very nice, always replies our messages quickly and very accommodating to our schedule/ needs. Can’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely fantastic work. I had a designer dress that was ruined in the washing machine by my cleaner. My local dry cleaners in Hampstead were unable to help. In contrast, Abby dry cleaners were extremely helpful and professional. They managed to repair my dress to the best possible condition. I highly recommend this dry cleaner! Trustworthy and reliable.

Had to give a shout-out to Anyclean for sending someone as awesome as Perfect (yes, that's her real name, and she totally lived up to it!) to clean my laundry room. It was an absolute disaster zone, but when she was done, it looked like a showroom. I didn't even think it could get that spotless! If you're looking for someone who works magic with cleaning supplies, ask for Perfect. I’ll definitely be using Anyclean again—10/10 would recommend!

We'd been trying to get a thorough full clean of our house done for a few months and were getting a lot of quotes and messages and it all seemed very overwhelming. And then we found Anyclean and the entire process was very quick and very easy to arrange. After an initial online enquiry, and a few emails to confirm details, I had a phone call with Petya in customer service and everything was straight forward and easy to arrange. We had made a mistake in our initial enquiry in terms of what type of clean we were looking for and the switch was absolutely no problem at all. I received a questionnaire to complete and the job was booked in for the following week, easy peasy. The pair of cleaners (whose name I didn't get, I'm so sorry about that!) turned up on time and were very professional. We did a walk through of the house, to point out the various rooms to be cleaned and the rooms not to be cleaned, and discuss any areas that needed special attention etc. There was no issues and I absolutely felt like they were hearing and making note of everything I was saying. Someone else mentioned attention to detail and going above and beyond in their review, and I absolutely agree. We mostly tried to stay out of their way so they could do their work, but had to pop into the kitchen while they were cleaning in there, as the circuit had tripped (old house, old wiring. absolutely not their fault!) and after we showed them how they could access the circuits (which has to be done from outside the house) - in case it happened again - we felt completely comfortable leaving them with our keys. Later on we decided to go out for lunch, so popped in to let them know we would be gone for an hour or two, which was also no problem. And both times I found them on step ladders cleaning fine detail aspects of the house I hadn't even thought to mention or think about, and had in no way expected them to be cleaning. It was very clear that the team really took pride in their work and wanted to do a thorough job. Our house looked amazing when they finished and we couldn't be more grateful for how easy the whole process was, and how outstanding the quality of the work was. Thank you.

Super friendly and reasonable prices! I have been coming here to get my duvet/comforter cleaned every month and have been completely satisfied with the results. My white duvet comes out spotless, thoroughly cleaned, and non scented. They also try their best to accommodate when to get the cleaning done and provides nice bags to keep my duvet in for easy transport and packing. Highly recommend Madam George in the St John’s Wood area!

J & I Cleaning Services carried out an end-of-tenancy deep clean at my rental property in Ruislip on 30/8/24. Their team of four ladies worked industriously and effectively for three-and-a-half hours, leaving the house immaculate from top to bottom. Hi! Totally recommended! The staff extremely friendly, totally professional, not over prized and they are really do a great job! I had a whole in my Balenciaga's and no-one could fix it but luckily I found them! been always using the one in High street but every time I got there all my clothes came back in the same condition like before and I still payed for "cleaning" ...
