Seriously amazing service! I booked an End of Tenancy clean in Southwark and I so highly recommend their services. Our cleaner Lloyd worked so thoroughly and left the property looking brand new, I was astounded at how spotless he had made the property look. Every little detail was taken care of and he worked at the flat all day long. The communication before the clean was also brilliant and super friendly, thank you. If you can, please ask for Lloyd he was fantastic and so friendly to briefly meet! Give that man a raise!!

Another company was supposed to do a deep clean for our house but let us down at the last minute. I contacted The Ultimate Cleaners and spoke to Alex, told him we were in desperate need of a cleaner because we had move out of our house and hand keys back to our estate agents. Alex walked me through the entire process, explained what was included in the moving-out clean, instructed two of their cleaners to clean on such short notice and they did a fantastic job. I was an absolute mental mess and Alex managed to calm me down and deliver a very nice and professional service. Their cleaners handed us business cards and I have already recommended them to friends as they also offer regular cleaning. 5/5!

I recently booked a deep clean for my 5-bedroom house in north London and was utterly taken aback by how incredibly well their cleaning team carried out the cleaning service. I called the company a couple days before my check out date and Alex was so lovely and helpful on the phone. He thoroughly explained what was included in the deep cleaning and I was very impressed - he was very knowledgeable and such a gentleman during the entire process. The two cleaners who attended were very sweet, through with their deep clean, didn’t skip any areas or take any shortcuts. Very efficient and honest work for a reasonable price. Upon recommendation, my friend has also hired this company for her weekly cleaning needs.

Amazing all-round service! Alex on the phone was an absolute gentleman, thoroughly explained all the details of the cleaning, and sent a very lovely cleaning lady to deep clean my 2-bedroom apartment. Every detail explained to me by Alex was covered as discussed and the whole process was very smooth. Highly reliable company and cleaners who take pride in their jobs. Highly recommend!

Absolutely first class service from the Ultimate Cleaners. Serkan was very supportive - he even sent a cab to collect my cleaner who had overrun on her last job. Isadora our cleaner was superb: she refused to hurry up and insisted on doing a good job ..for which I am very grateful. I then got her to clean my daughter's house (who is very particular) and she took was delighted. So 10/10 for Ultimate Cleaners, Serkan and Isadora... Highly recommend them all...
