The communication has been really good, and they have accommodated the date and time I needed. Price compared to market was great. The person who has conducted the cleaning seemed nice and has spent a lot of time detail cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. The only comment I have since the 4 starts is there were a few areas missed like inside the drawers, kitchen floors skirting boards which had stains on them.

I used Stainless Green at short notice for an end of tenancy clean. Having been burnt before by unscrupulous agents, I found them receptive and supportive to my concerns. Hi all, I found a local dry laundrette, the service is amazing here and the washing machines seems to be more advance than any other launderette I’ve been. Deep Clean did a phenomenal job for my end of tenancy carpet cleaning. They spent extra time to get the carpet as clean as possible (at one point it was 2 different colours!) and it came out looking immaculate. Highly recommend.

Quick response to our initial request and a very professional job. After the carpet had dried another stain appeared (possibly an old stain 'reactivated' - it wasn't apparent when they had completed the job). Deep Clean were happy to come straight back the next day and re-clean the area which is now clear of stains. Highly recommended!

We’ve been using IVS for a while, they are very responsive and reliable. We had a few very lovely cleaners, our current cleaner Hrizantema is going above and beyond, she’s very thorough and got so much done in 2 hours! Tatyana on the management team is also very nice, always replies our messages quickly and very accommodating to our schedule/ needs. Can’t recommend them enough!

I found this firm after having a bad first experience hiring cleaners recently elsewhere. I have no choice in my current situation and had to hire out cleaners. Due to my negative experience elsewhere I was hesitant to believe if all google reviews are real on a lot of firms. However, I can safely say the positive reviews are reflecting my own experience today. Started with quick and clear communication with the office and a competitive price quoted. The two cleaners that turned up were friendly, helpful but most importantly did a great job deep cleaning my kitchen which was left dirty by previous tenant. I recently hired Pedro from High Quality Clean for a deep clean with short notice, and he exceeded my expectations. Pedro was incredibly professional, and paid attention to every detail. A friend recommended to me this dry cleaners for alterations in her neighbourhood. I purchased a wedding dress in New York and required alterations (hem, taking in straps, etc.). I found the owner very accommodating and easy to work with and was able to meet my tight deadline. Due to multiple wedding events I used the tailoring services again for further alterations on my dress and it was done very easily and within a reasonable and fair price.
