Highly recommended, superb service. I visited this high street shop to rent a carpet cleaner and had the pleasure of dealing with the owner. He was incredibly kind and straightforward, offering very flexible terms, which was invaluable given my busy schedule. Unfortunately, I couldn't return the machine on the agreed day, as I mistakenly thought they were open until 6 PM. The next day was quite hectic, and I got caught in traffic, causing me to run late. When I called, the owner assured me he'd stay until I arrived. Upon returning the machine, he kindly informed me there would be no extra charge. He smiled and looked me in the eye with genuine honesty. Thank you for being an exemplary business owner.
