I have been using Merry Maids for over 4 years now. Overall I am happy with the service provided however the cleaners can get a little complacent at times and not clean a thoroughly as I would like but its better than me not cleaning at all. I have received one house visit from those in charge for a spot check on the service being provided which improved the cleaners performance however they did moan about it! Merry Maids is the third cleaning company I have used over the years so purely by the longevity of me using the service speaks volumes. Its not the cheapest of companies to use but they are efficient, I tidy, they clean for me.

Recently had MM conduct a deep clean following some redecoration! Everything was sparkling following the teams hard work! Smiling 😊 while working! 👍 Great team! I have used MM for the past 6 months, every 2 weeks they come & do a great cleaning job. Great team of professionals, friendly and skilled. The office is responsive should we have any needs or special requirements. Would recommend if you are looking for the above!

I have been a customer of this company for over a year. I am very 'house proud' and like my house to be kept very clean and tidy, but am no longer able to do this myself. This is why I use Merry Maids. I am very impressed with the high quality of cleaning from this company. Staff are very professional, friendly and work hard to offer a high standard of service.
