Contacted Golden Touch and spoke to a lovely lady who advised to message her the details regarding the job at hand. Needed taps changing, door handles with locks changing and needed light fiitting removing and new one fitted. Got a quick response and arranged for a visit to assess the job. They arrived promptly and day booked to get the work done. Both Richmond and Jason arrived promptly on time and got to work. Very professional and very polite, with the work carried out to a high standard. We discussed decorating and Richmond gave me excellent advice and hints moving forward regarding decorating and DIY. Cleared up after the work was completed and again had a chat on work I intend to have done. Will definitely be calling back to have work done and also passed on their number to friends and family who intend to have work done too. Highly recommended as they go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy/satisfied.
