We used JMT wood for a rear lounge / dinning room extension starting in April 2024. We could not have been happier with Jody and the team who have done a fantastic job. Professional, skilled and honest we could not have hoped for more. Highly recommended.

Jody and team completed my ground floor extension at the end of last year - wow! I’m delighted with my new space and can’t fault the workmanship and professionalism throughout the whole project. I had a kitchen extension with a new kitchen and snug area and a utility and cloakroom. All the trades were co-ordinated seamlessly, the work completed to a very high standard on time and to budget with some extras during the works which were added on. Jody is meticulous in his oversight and inspection of the works and the whole team take real pride in what they do. Advice about layout/fittings and tiling was great. A brilliant experience- I can highly recommend!

Jody and his team did a fantastic job at our house. He was fast and efficient but taking the time to help us and guide us with making decisions. He came in on budget and on time and the finish was to an extremely high standard. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

JMT completed renovating our kitchen 5 weeks ago. This included removal of internal wall between old kitchen and dining room and blocking up the old external kitchen door. All work (kitchen installation, plumbing, electrics, plastering, flooring, decorating) was completed on time and on budget. We aren't builders and have never done anything like this before. From our initial queries to the final building control sign off Jody was approachable as and when required. The whole team were experienced in their professions and we haven't got any complaints about their workmanship. We would definitely recommend Jody and his team.

We had Jody and his team do a knock-through and extension at the rear of our house. We designed the project and planned for parts of it to be done by my husband, which Jody was able to accommodate really easily, working well with my husband and fitting in with our time scale. They were so easy to work with. The whole team were friendly and professional throughout. Jody's communication was great, he was always happy to answer questions and responded promptly.
My husband is a joiner and he was very impressed with all the carpentry.
It was very rainy (wettest February on record!) but that didn't stop them; the team worked really hard and still achieved everything on time and in budget. We were so impressed with the rate of progress and many of our neighbours kept saying how well they were getting on despite the conditions!
We are really happy with the result and now have a lovely large kitchen diner for our whole family to enjoy.
