What a delightful tea shop! We celebrated my daughter's birthday here and all thoroughly enjoyed it. The children's afternoon tea theme was set up beautifully and tasted delicious. Charlie was very welcoming and accommodating and is clearly very committed to providing a superb customer experience. It's definitely worth a visit!

Thank you to Charlie and her wonderful team for hosting our Christmas party this afternoon. We were let down last minute by a different venue and she didn't hesitate to offer her lovely tea room for us to use. We had the place to ourselves and the food was delicious (as always!), even catering for several tricky dietary requirements with very little notice. This Tea Room is tucked away in the charming Victoria Passage, right next door to its very own Boutique which is great for gifts! It has the warmest atmosphere that feels super cosy and welcoming! The food options are fab, to say they've only been open a few weeks too, it's really brilliant! Such a great mix of local suppliers and homemade too! Everyone is super friendly and I would definitely recommend a visit! :) So far I've tried the croissants, cookies, Chocolate cake, Ham and Cheese Malted bread toastie and the steak pasty! And I would recommend them all! :)

Such a lovely coffee shop/restaurant/cafe. 4 of us visited this morning, we had lovely coffee (which is actually quite difficult to find), a gorgeous home made scone, tea cake and some valentines cakes to take away. Charlie was able to tell us all the cakes/ingredients of everything in there, and was very polite, kind and knowledgable. Her colleague was also lovely (sorry not sure of name), they made us feel so welcome - would definitely recommend ❤️
