Nice food and friendly staff. Reasonable price and value for money. We've been coming here a couple of times Then a month. The only thing is, they have recently started coming round collecting and refilling sugar and ketchup bottles whilst people are still eating and its kind of offputting, reaching over to get them. It's put me off a bit.
We, my fiancée and myself went into the Aldridge cafe in the square . We are Senior citizens .I am 75, my fiancée is a respectable age as a senior citizen. We are both disabled. We were very tired 😴 from shopping 🛒🛍️ and popped in ,as we used this cafe for a number of years.. We asked for toast and tea each. The owner told me fiance, " I cannot serve you unless you purchase a meal each with your teas We have never been talked to or treated like this in our lives or our country or any establishment ever. We will never venture into this cafe again. Hope it shuts down Ray Jeffries. Senior citizen disabled.
I take my mum here for a roast dinner. She absolutely loves it! Real value for money. It's always busy so that says something. Staff are so lovely and so helpful.
We go over to the cafe every Friday to meet up with friends. It is lean and tidy. The waitress is lovely
