Excellent service, food and atmosphere. The staff were very attentive, welcoming and friendly and looked after us all evening. The atmosphere was very different to tour typical Indian restaurant, which I preferred. It was modern, refined and inviting with a relaxed atmosphere. We ordered a range of vegetarian, non-vegetarian curry's, naans, poppadoms as well as a fish item. They were all exceptional, delivering on flavour and texture. The dishes were all executed to perfection, with a real rich depth of flavour to them and a lovely fragrance to them all. Visually they all looked stunning and very appetising. Honestly this was some of the best food I've ever eaten.
Visited Udays 30th October 2024, superb food, really enjoyed the Lamb starters and chicken mains, best cheese & keema naans ever! Great service. Would recommend for great Indian food
We had a superbly made, high quality, beautifully cooked & presented meal here. The food, decor, ambience & service were all outstanding & 100% excellent. I would highly recommend this lovely place to anybody. There is plenty to choose from in food and drink offerings. Thank you so much for a truly lovely dinner & drinks.
Krish and Khushpreet were looking after us tonight, were very welcoming and attentive. Service was exceptional and quick. Staff were very understanding for our needs and were always asking how the food was. Food was outstanding and great on the spice level. They also do ask you for your spice level which is a nice touch to the service. We also had told them that it was my grandmothers birthday they had surprised us with a cake which was a nice touch to the end of the night. Would come again and would highly recommend Udays!
Literally travel from London to Birmingham just for this spot - it’s that good. The seafood platter is a must (especially the prawns and the Amritsari fish). The dal makhani and lamb are to die for. Get those with the cheesy garlic naan and you won’t be disappointed. My friends and I come here all the time because it’s that good. The staff are very accommodating and kind. Already looking g forward to my next visit
