Lovely drinks, sweet treats and atmosphere and amazing service.☕️🍵🌸The friendly and helpful staff make that extra effort to make customers feel acknowledged and want to return! 💚💜 My only suggestion would be to give a loyalty card stamp for each drink purchased, rather than per visit. Otherwise, we love it and it always feels like such a special treat.☺️🤗

Afternoon tea on a Sunday for a baby shower… the food and cakes were so tasty and fresh!! Staff were so accommodating.. I had found out on the day of the baby shower that one of the girls is lactose intolerant and I called up by chance in the morning to see if there were any dairy free options. I did not expect them to bend over backwards for us especially 3 hours prior to our arrival to sort out an alternative especially with it being so late without warning on the day. Honestly such great customer service by the owner and staff members. Would definitely recommend!! Many thanks team it was great!!

Love the simplicity of the venue hire. It was an extremely busy period for me during the booking but Emilio made things so straightforward. Venue is beautiful and clean (hygiene rated 5). Staff are very personable and help add to a relaxed atmosphere. This was hired for my friends baby shower (if you want somewhere that requires little set up l, this is for you). We had afternoon tea and I'm not really a big fan of afternoon tea (I find I'm usually hungry after and usually overpriced) but this was 10/10. Sandwiches were so beautiful and full of flavour, macarons were unbelievable and everything I managed to try was tasty. I don't live close by at all but this place will see me again. Highly recommend for busy people who want somewhere that ticks the box for event or get together. Definitely worth a trip!

What a lovely treat we had yesterday afternoon! We booked afternoon tea for two which was lovely and very filling! To top it all off, the service was great, with friendly and knowledgable staff. Would highly recommend! 👌🏻

This is my go to for my lunch when I am working. The food is always bang on and brilliant value. The members of staff are lovely and will always take the time to have a chat with you. Highly recommend. I’ve had the chips, nuggets, sausages & chicken shish (I’m a really fussy eater so these are my go tos!) and can say I’ve been pleased everytime.

Had the most amazing lunch today. Food was amazing aswell as the drinks. 100% going back. Amazing food and the most lovely friendly people ♡ beautiful layout and decor. Would definitely recommend.

We always have the best lunches here, it’s always such a treat! Great service and friendly people AND they have a doggie!! This time we had the pancakes, veggie brunch and the avo, mozzarella, pesto baguette. It was all scrumptious, we will defo be returning! :D

Lovely place, nice atmosphere, i enjoy going there for a coffee and breakfast with my friends and time to time we are having a great time with my children after school, some hot chocolate and cupcakes. Very lovely staff.

This is my local coffee place so can safely say I’ve visited probably well over 100 times 😅 I always find a space to sit and do some work, the coffee is always top notch- plus the app is very generous. Combined with the Vitality + M&S app you can accrue a bunch of free coffees every month. As it’s opposite the station it’s very convenient for a pick up and go - again you can use the app to preorder and so long as you give them 5-10 mins it’ll be ready. The staff are always friendly to me / even though they must have seen my kids and dog many times before, they always smile and ask how they are. Keep up the great work Cafe Nero 👌

I love this place, I am pretty often coming in. I was served by Raluca, Dane, Alina & Amy. They are all so courteous, friendly, professional, caring, attentive, funny, patient, hard working the best baristas. They are always smiling to customers, make a great atmosphere. All of them know how to bake a pastry and it's such a pleasure to eat them being on a diet. I cannot say who of them is better because they treat customers as they want to be treated. Coffee tastes better because is served with passion. When I order my usual coconut chai latte with cinnamon on top that drink make my day. Perfect temperature, not too frothy, not too waterly.. What I can say I can make a comment pretty often as I'm so happy with a customer service. The business would gone down without them. Customers should appreciate hard working Staff every day. They are doing hot beverages very fast with care and taste. The quality of the coffee beans is first class. They are masters. They know how to deal in rush hour. Team work. Raluca, Alina, Amy and Dane should wear a badge for winning a coffee making competition in daily basis.
