Top Cafes in Overseal, Derbyshire

What a hidden gem! This beautiful little cafe is a must visit for locals and visitors alike. The staff are lovely and the choice of cakes is great. The opening times are fairly short, so check before you plan a trip, but if you happen to be in the area, I 100% recommend a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely little cafe, serving tasty food. Would have given it 5 stars if there was more than one toilet. There was quite a queue when I was there the other day. I hate to think what it is like when it is very busy in the summer.

Lovely coffee shop with lots of outdoor seating. Good service with a smile. Delicious roulade and coffee. It's a cafe really walkers and cyclists as you can't really drive to here.

Amazing food in a beautiful setting, this is a real find. We sat outside but inside looked just as nice.

Good range of lunch items and a fantastic cake selection.

We got there at lunchtime and had to wait 15 mins to be seated as they were getting a little overwhelmed but they were honest about it and said it was their peak and they weren’t seating anybody at the moment until it quietens down, the honesty went a long way and we didn’t mind the wait. I’d rather have this than poor service. Great expectation management.

Lovely little cafe. I like that you have to wonder through the park to find this place. The cafe building itself is quite small but there is plenty of outdoor seating, most of which is undercover either under a gazebo or an umbrella. We only had coffee's and a scone but both were great and the service was fast. The staff are very welcoming and dogs are welcome too. A hidden gem.
