Called Craig to remove an old dated carport, he didn’t hesitate to take the job on, came round, gave me a really good competitive price. Arranged to suit my availability. Craig did a really clean job. Took away all the rubbish and more that I didn’t need. Craig is the man you need when you need a job done right. Craig has transformed a very shabby, unloved house by repairing and painting the walls, ceilings and woodwork throughout. He was friendly, thorough and very helpful. He was also able to do a number of extra repair and fitting jobs that I thought of whilst he was there! The house now looks lovely, I'm so pleased with the result.

Craig carried out some interior decoration & painting jobs and put up shelves in my mum's house. I found him to be reliable and trustworthy. He always turned up when he said he would and worked hard. Both Craig & Luke were top notch guys! Really friendly, polite and professional. Their rates were reasonable. Craig was very helpful and nice to talk to. Installation of lintels above kitchen windows and pointing. We had a really good experience with AK Construction from quote to job completion. Great communication from start to finish and always punctual. The work was completed to a high standard and we were very happy with the whole stress free experience. Anthony rebuilt a brick balcony on my 1950s maisonette flat and also added wooden railing in a design he suggested (for privacy). He provided just what I was looking for - skilled bricklaying but also creative problem-solving - I'd been so stuck on how best to achieve the privacy I was looking for as my previous attempts ended in disaster. I was so happy with the quality of the work and Anthony's communication. His excellent knowledge and skills were incredibly reassuring. Highly recommended.

Anthony has done lots of work on my house in the past 18 months: structural repairs, chimney/roof/ guttering repairs, taken a room back to bare brick and fully renovated, removed an outside toilet and replaced with a lovely chilling area with an ornamental wall. Because of previous positive experiences I have also booked Anthony to renovate my bathroom this month. Anthony discusses in detail any work wanted. He is very response to any queries both before and while carrying out the planned work. Louise provides quotes in a timely manner, books dates to accommodate and is very supportive to any queries regarding the planned work. Anthony is always punctual, leaves the area clean and tidy and always works to a very high standard. He is professional but also very approachable. Anthony is generally a nice guy who works extremely hard and takes great pride in his work. Highly recommend

Anthony came to install a trellis on our end terrace wall, which was exposed to the public footpath. He designed a frame to hold the trellis and it now looks great. He also replaced & repaired some very old and shoddy guttering, pointed up blown brickwork and ensured there were no entrances for pests/rodents. We've been experiencing troublesome vapours coming through from next door and Anthony was able to look at both properties and identify the holes in the floorboards/skirting where the odour was coming through. He is able to do maintenance tasks such as this but also much larger/serious scale work.

Garry was recommended to me to fit an outside tap. Since then he has completed lots of jobs for us including cleaning and re sanding/sealing the block paved drive, fitting a handrail, rotary washing line, a key safe and other jobs. Garry is reliable, friendly, turns up on time and works non stop often spotting and completing other jobs too (such as clearing the guttering) He always leaves everything tidy and nothing is too much trouble, rates are also very reasonable yet high quality materials and work. I have already recommended him to friends who have also been impressed with the work carried out. We have already agreed on more jobs and will be booking Garry again in the future.

Had TA Smith Builders over today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They installed a lintel above the door and a baton in the kitchen window, and the workmanship was top-notch. Contacted P and C and spoke to Craig. I had a minor emergency plumbing job and although he was snowed under with work and had a weekend away planned he managed to fit me in at short notice. I am absolutely delighted with the service he provided and a good quality job was done. Overall I am really pleased and would definitely use him again and I would highly recommend.
