Contacted P and C and spoke to Craig. I had a minor emergency plumbing job and although he was snowed under with work and had a weekend away planned he managed to fit me in at short notice. I am absolutely delighted with the service he provided and a good quality job was done. Overall I am really pleased and would definitely use him again and I would highly recommend. Craig has transformed a very shabby, unloved house by repairing and painting the walls, ceilings and woodwork throughout. He was friendly, thorough and very helpful. He was also able to do a number of extra repair and fitting jobs that I thought of whilst he was there! The house now looks lovely, I'm so pleased with the result.

Anthony has done lots of work on my house in the past 18 months: structural repairs, chimney/roof/ guttering repairs, taken a room back to bare brick and fully renovated, removed an outside toilet and replaced with a lovely chilling area with an ornamental wall. Because of previous positive experiences I have also booked Anthony to renovate my bathroom this month. Anthony discusses in detail any work wanted. He is very response to any queries both before and while carrying out the planned work. Louise provides quotes in a timely manner, books dates to accommodate and is very supportive to any queries regarding the planned work. Anthony is always punctual, leaves the area clean and tidy and always works to a very high standard. He is professional but also very approachable. Anthony is generally a nice guy who works extremely hard and takes great pride in his work. Highly recommend

Anthony came to install a trellis on our end terrace wall, which was exposed to the public footpath. He designed a frame to hold the trellis and it now looks great. He also replaced & repaired some very old and shoddy guttering, pointed up blown brickwork and ensured there were no entrances for pests/rodents. We've been experiencing troublesome vapours coming through from next door and Anthony was able to look at both properties and identify the holes in the floorboards/skirting where the odour was coming through. He is able to do maintenance tasks such as this but also much larger/serious scale work.

I can’t recommend Anthony highly enough. Came and quoted when promised , competitive price and complete the work when promised. Anthony’s work was first class, we originally wanted tiles on our bath panel ready to put the house on the market but Anthony advised us it wouldn’t look right and recommended a PVC panel which we went with and it was the right choice. He could have just done what we wanted and been paid but he cared enough to do a proper job for us. He also cleaned up after the work and even washed down the drive where he had been working. Won’t be dissatisfied if you hire top man top quality work.

Installation of lintels above kitchen windows and pointing. We had a really good experience with AK Construction from quote to job completion. Great communication from start to finish and always punctual. The work was completed to a high standard and we were very happy with the whole stress free experience. Dan was super friendly and professional throughout the whole project. His team carried out internal and external work including; plumbing, electrics, tiling, brickwork, kitchen fitting and plastering. All members of his team were friendly and professional, and produced a really high quality of work. We will 100% be using Dan and his team for future projects.

Dan and his team built a 2 storey extension for me. The quote Dan issued at the start was very detailed, so no queries as to what was included, the price beat all other local builders hands down. Dan also suggested some alternative options as to internal layouts,as well as adding some extras (additional outside tap, outside electrical sockets). A couple of delays were experienced due to supply issues (following lockdown) and adverse weather conditions (out of Dan's control) but I was kept up to date with the position. All of Dan's team were really helpful and did everything to keep the disruption and mess to a minimum. All work completed by trademens used by Dan (plumbers, electrician, carpenter, plasterer) was finished to an excellent standard, even drawing complements from my decorator and carpet fitter, who have no connection with Dan. The finished extension was signed off by the councils building regulations without any issues, which speaks for the high standard of the completed job.i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan and his team for any building job, large or small.

Great company Dan and his team went above and beyond, coming up with great ideas he project managed the whole thing as we were 100 miles away, from taking a building from demolition of many internal walls ripping out kitchen and bathrooms to rebuilding resulting in the beautiful home we have today. The prices are competitive and his service is exceptional… great to work with, dealing with the problems along the way in their stride … almost wish we could buy another project to do it all again, as it was brilliant!

Dan and his team completed a single storey kitchen/diner extension to the rear of our property as well as lots of interior work including installation of a new kitchen and bathroom. I have used Mark in the past to build me an understair storage cupboard. Being pleased with that job, we then got Mark back to refurbish our bathroom and en-suite and I must say I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Well where do I start? With the minefield of finding a reputable builder we were very lucky to stumble upon Bridgemere to undertake a single storey extension for us. Upon our first meeting with Ade we were immediately put at ease, as we had had a number of other "tradesmen" visit to quote but as I'm a big believer in first impressions none impressed. We had a couple of issues along the way (as have to be expected with a reasonably large build) but Ade and his team were very professional with the way these were dealt with and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, always striving to resolve any issue that we encountered along the way.
