I've used Simon for an emergency repair to our hot water and ongoing service and maintenance of our boiler. Simon is exceptional professional, from the company branded van and work wear to his attitude to my needs as a customer. He has been on time, courteous and respectful of our home. His work is top notch and I'd definitely recommend (and have recommended him) to anyone.
Simon was helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and the work itself was top class. Couldn't ask for anything more. Impeccable service, would highly recommend to anyone in the future. Absolutely the go to guys for gas and plumbing works. Works completed: fitted new gas pipe from supply to boiler as well as replacing old 22mm and 15mm valves that were letting buy.
Simon has attended my property to service the boiler, maintain the heating system and repair radiators over a long period. I can thoroughly recommend him, his work is exemplary, he is very professional and friendly. On one or two occasions I have required urgent assistance and he has been very prompt and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
