I contacted the plumbing team after the builder I originally contacted disappeared without a trace leaving me with no bathroom. They arranged to visit, quote and started the job within a few days, put my bathroom back together and did the most wonderful job. We chose The Plumbing Team from a list of Bosch provided accredited installers list after considering 3 quotations. They replaced an over 20 years old boiler and all the central heating system control components. The central heating system experienced post-installation issues, but thanks to the tenacity of Steven who project-managed the installation, Vio, the gas engineer and not to forget Megan in the office, the problems were diligently diagnosed and fixed. We now have a new boiler and a system that is as good as new. The professionalism and customer care ethic of The Plumbing Team was outstanding. We recommend them without reservation.
