We have only just found James...he came over to help us correct a fault in our external wooden door! (Wish we'd found him a few years ago to have made it ha,ha!) We'll definitely be using him again he was on the ball, did the job we needed doing and was polite and helpful. Many thanks C&D

Jb Carpentry Plus did a loft extension, built an extension over an existing kitchen, reconfigured our first floor and removed a structural supporting wall in our kitchen. Throughout, James stuck to his original quote unless we changed it. He was very flexible and was always available to talk through any changes that happened along the way. He and all the people he brought in were lovely and very easy to have in the house. We have been very pleased with the quality of his work. We would highly recommend James.

James is actually my neighbour, I noticed he was a builder not long after he moved into the area and I've had him do 2 jobs for me so far and will continue to use him for more.. He did a brilliant job re decorating and plastering over artex ceilings in my home. He's also re done my downstairs toilet completely revamping the space. And hung several doors in my home also . I'm so happy with everything. Prices where competitive and quality is top! Everyone who works for him is very friendly and professional. Next will be my kitchen!

James was recommended to us by some friends, as we were concerned about finding a local builder who we could rely on having heard a number of bad stories from others. James understood what we wanted and worked with us. He gave us a thorough estimate, clearly broken down. We were impressed that he always did a full days work (8am-4/5pm), responded to queries and used other trades with whom he clearly had a strong working relationship. We were delighted with the finished project, and most of all, it came on bang on the initial budget, with any extras agreed in writing before hand so we always knew where we stood financially. Any snags (nothing serious) were dealt with quickly and fairly. We have since recommended James to others, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

We had James and the team take out a few walls for us and some other work at the same time. Hardest working and cleanest workers we have ever worked with so that is great when you have to live it in with a young family. We also really value James for his ideas and clever solutions for future projects. We fully recommend James and the team and hope to use them in the future.
