I asked Brian to do what was supposed to be a quick easy job; it turned to be not so quick, and not at all straightforward. However, Brian's professionalism and commitment were outstanding: he kept us informed at every step, and his suggestions as to the best outcome were invariably correct. The job took far longer than expected, but he did his best to keep costs down, and presented a very reasonable and competitive invoice. His energy, efficiency and commitment are unmatched; I will have no hesitation in commissioning work from him again, and, similarly, would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
