Tony and team were brilliant. We were facing an intermittent fault with our hot water that was difficult to pin down. Tony suggested several options to remedy at competitive pricing. He took the time to explain the different solutions in detail which I really appreciated. The proposed solution fixed our issue! Would definitely recommend and will be using again when required.
Tony was helpful, clear and professional throughout the entire process of getting a quote and discussing the works needed. When arranged Tony was punctual and professional, leaving the work area in a good state, clean and ready for the next stage of works at our home, even politely discussing works with our neighbour as we required access to their property to complete works.
