Our annual boiler service which had been booked for 3 months was cancelled by our national provider, with no provision for a future appointment. I contacted RPL, a service was booked for a couple of weeks time, along with the repair and order of a replacement part for our dripping shower. RPL carried out a thorough service of our boiler, were on time, kept us abreast of every step and were very respectful of our home, cleaning thoroughly after them. I am also no longer annoyed by a noisy drip! I could not recommend them highly enough

RPL were very professional. Michelle was great at responding to messages and making sure we were kept informed. While Connor the engineer who came to do the service was also very professional and polite as well as clean and tidy in his work. I will definitely be using their services again.
