The plumber fitted new brackets to the tap and completed the job in just under 30 minutes. No nasty surprises with the cost, exactly as expected. Neat tidy job by a well trained plumber.

Woke up on Sunday morning with water coming through the kitchen ceiling. The upstairs toilet had sprung a leak. Called these guys and they arrived 2 hours later.The problem was fixed 2 hours after that. It cost £386 for the call out, parts and labour. Even checked under the bath just in case. I would use them again in such a dire situation

I called Fast Response and they confirmed the issue would be dealt with early afternoon. With that I was happy but 20 minutes later I was told an engineer would be with me soon. Another 20 minutes & the engineer was here dealing with the problem - very knowledgeable & informative. Very quick resolution and resolved in less than 2 hours. Would definitely use again
