Not only did they sort both our plumbing issues in one visit (fixing our boiler and installing kitchen taps), but Ellis also took the time to explain clearly what he was doing - so we now have the knowledge to sort the boiler issue should it reoccur in the future. We had a bath that was leaking and Colin was brilliant. It had an old part that was hard to replace but he managed to find a solution. He communicated well, was proactive in solving the problem and kept suggesting new solutions. You could tell he cared about getting it fixed and doing it in a timely and efficient manner. Quotes are always clear and detailed, and offer good value which is reflected in the quality of their work. Our most recent project (which should have been a simple service and check) quickly became a much more complex job due to past issues with the boiler which emerged during the job.
