It was Monday morning, I had no cooker or hob due to an unsafe power socket. I rang Mark and he was here within the hour, fixed the problem and sorted out some other sockets too quickly, efficiently and tidily. Great service, I thoroughly recommend.

I forgot to order the correct bulbs for my new lights and he even supplied these on the day to ensure I had the full finished look!
