I had a couple of rooms through Athena over about 5 years. Great value and ideal accommodation. Charlotte, in charge of the letting side was always ready to help and assist where ever possible. I would definitely consider using these guys again in the future if required.

Agent is professional and very helpful. Our stay with the family was wonderful, the appartment had everything we needed. I defenatly will deal with them again and again without question. Wishe they have more properties around UK.

We hired Aweliv to replace our bathtub with a shower cubicle and everything was done professionally and in cost effective manner with good suggestions to improve the design. The installation was flawless and they also left the house tidy and clean.Highly recommended.

Had a positive experience staying in my bright and airy room over the summer lockdown period where staying in was how I spent most of my time, being comfortable was important! Charlotte was always very understanding and responsive. I found her incredibly approachable for the even the smaller things which she always supported with and maintained her word on. Should I look to rent again in the area I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again.

Great service. Fitted curtain poles in new build flat. Very reasonable price. Tradesman was polite, tidy and did a good job.
