Kris did an absolutely fantastic job of renovating the front of our terraced house. It was in a terrible state when we bought it with peeling paint and cracked stonework. He worked incredibly quickly for such a big job and everything was done exactly as requested and to a very high quality. Communication from both Kris and Anna was excellent throughout. We will certainly use them again for all the interior work which we still need to have done.

Kris carried out several small repairs and also did external and internal decorating to a very high standard. He arrives early and on time and does a good tidy after he leaves. Anna is very quick to respond to all queries via email and the rate they charge is very reasonable and competitive. I would certainly recommend Kris and will be using him again.

I can highly recommend Touch of sass. Nick came to relocate a gate & fence, he also carried out some security messures at my home, he was very efficient, reliable and pleasant. He did an excellent job for a reasonable price and cleaned up as he went along. I was so impressed I've already asked him to come back to do some more jobs.

Great job from Nick. Deconstructed old aluminium greenhouse and resited and erected new greenhouse. Laid new pebbled area. He works diligently and gives careful forethought to all he does. Left the area spotless. Very impressed and would not hesitate in recommending him. We are absolutely delighted with this new and impressive area of our garden.

Nick remodelled our kitchen alcove precisely to our instructions. He did an excellent job in just two days, was prompt, polite and helpful. I am delighted with the job and would highly recommend him.

Nick installed a new quartz composite sink and tap for us replacing our old stainless steel one in the kitchen. He was upfront about all of the unforseen challenges he might face which he may have needed to charge us extra for but even though it did turn out to be a bit more of a faff than he originally thought he didn't charge us any extra for the additional graft he out in despite me insisting I paid him. Top guy, top work!

You're not supposed to enjoy major renovation work in your house...but working with Cheadle Construction ended up being a highlight of the year. They were considerate with our family, planned the build meticulously to minimise our disruption and - as they got to know us better - started to suggest ways to alter our initial designs to suit our family's lifestyle better. Communication was great because they are great people. We always knew what was next in the process and were never ambushed by a last minute cost, we knew what was happening now, next and after that at all times. All the team were great to work with and we did enjoy plenty of laughs along the way. They created a high level of trust and delivered on that with an outstanding finish. We're overwhelmed by the end result. Truly. Jay and the team are welcome back anytime - we'll be using them once we've got the money for a next phase!

I've used Level Best since 2017 when during a thunderstorm one Sunday evening I discovered rainwater pouring in from above my kitchen window and door. That left me blindly trying to find a tradesman to assess the issue and fix it. Fortunately, Level Best were on hand to offer sound advice, practical solutions and reasonable prices. I've since had many jobs carried out by Level Best from roofing works, re-pointing, floor joist repairs, lintels replaced and most recently a bathroom remodel, all of which have been done to the same high standards of craftsmanship, and with a professionalism that is second to none. So much so that I am already planning my next project with Level Best. If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and professional company to assist with any and all aspects of building work, who will turn up when they say they will, not try to get you to have more work done than is necessary, whilst charging a fair and reasonable rate, then you won't go wrong with Level Best. A battered old porch needed some major TLC. Dan and Ben not only made it look brand new but painted it beautifully too. No worries about dodgy builders with these guys!
