Alex has done two jobs for us now - he is fantastic and would highly recommend. Always turns up on time and let's us know when he is on his way. Excellent skills - we are planning to have some work done on our bathroom and will definitely asking Alex to do to it for us!

Alex was fantastic for us. He came round very quickly, even though it was a small job and we hadn’t had him before. He immediately diagnosed the issue and explained the technical stuff really clearly, offering us options. Would definitely recommend Alex and Norton Plumbing. We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls. We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!

Alex is fantastic. He came round to fit new waste pipes under our kitchen sink. He was super friendly and respectful of our home, left the area clean after his work and did a fantastic job. We would definitely use Norton Plumbing again in the future.

Alex arrived very promptly when we had an emergency water leak from our shower. He dealt with the problem very effectively and in a totally professional manner, in the two visits we had from him. I'm very happy to recommend him and we'll definitely use him again in the future when needed.
