Great advice and saved my Mum a fortune as Peter talked me through what needed to be done to the boiler to get it going again. Most plumbers would have charged an emergency call out fee so I was most impressed. A big thank you! Especially in this weather!

My boiler wasn't working, no heating and no hot water for several days.
