Our thanks and big appreciation to Curtis and Daniel, who inspected and then repaired a balcony floor which was leaking into the bedroom below whenever it rained. First chance they had free time, they were over and worked the day to clear, repoint and re-cover the area, also clearing and tidying another flat roof part at the back of our place, doing a great job for both tasks.
