I have put 5 stars for food but I didn't eat there. Service was excellent and the pub in general was quite but clean. Nice little pub to visit before heading to FC UNITED OF MANCHESTER

Cycling from Bolton today to meet a friend, got to Moston and phone/gps died, had no idea which way to go, none of the local shops would help me …. Went to the Gardeners ….. lovely welcome, lent me a charger, made me a coffee, help with directions to meet my friend. Thankyou so much!! Not sure what I would have done otherwise.
