Young & Co completed a roof replacement for our block of flats. They completed an extensive survey for us and provided us with a specification to suit. Everything was very professional and we were provided with all the proper documentation and certificates during the works and following completion. Staff were friendly, easy to get hold of and were very responsive to emails. After several bad builders over the years it was refreshing to have a professional and quality service from start to finish during a recent roof replacement. Communication was excellent, with the team both on- and off-site keeping us up to date with all works. The schedule given was adhered to, despite difficult and challenging weather. In spite of the challenges, the on-site team headed by Sam always proved to be polite and cheerful, ensuring that quality was not compromised. We would definitely recommend Young's to anyone needing a roof replacement and our thanks go to Roy, Sam and Dean for their professional and polite manner throughout.
