Alex attended our flat tonight about a meter problem. However, he managed to detect a more serious problem that was caused by another engineer which he informed us was dangerous for our safety. He was excellent at his job and very friendly. He explained in detail what was wrong and what steps to take from here. Great service and great price. Thank you :)

Such a change to have a tradesman that turns up on time and carry out two jobs one of which was changing an electric shower and the other fixing a slow flow to a cold water feed. Both were done within the hour and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I had my electricity supply moved by northern power grid and my meter was moved by British Gas. Due to misadvice between the two of them, I was left with no electricity supply to my fuse box and no electrician booked in. I'd been without power for 30 hours when Alex and the team stepped in to help at short notice. They got me set up temporarily for the night and came back the next day to do a full and permanent job of running the new tails from the meter to the consumer unit.
