He had the spare parts with him so there’s none of this nonsense of popping out to get the parts and returning a few hours later. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service. Had a plumbing problem on Sunday that needed immediate attention. It was only a matter of hours from my initial call to when a plumber arrived. He was fully prepared, having asked a few pertinent questions before arriving, and resolved the problem immediately. Really good communication from start to finish. Yes it’s not cheap, but in an emergency, needs must. Would use again.
