The team responded to my enquiry within a couple of hours, arranged an appointment within a few days, arrived on time, were professional and helpful, clearly explained the issue, resolved it quickly, and followed up with a detailed written report. Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

We had a fantastic experience from start to end with will i am. I contacted William through Checkatrade on a Monday evening (11pm) and had someone coming to move our radiator on Wednesday morning. He was really responsive throughout, the work carried out was really good quality and afterwards Will followed up with a very detailed email with photos of the work done. Would 100% use again.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.
