Had internal doors replaced, West 4 doors are good & solid. My only real criticism is lack of help/advice regarding designs. I thought they might have shown me pictures, brochures, drawings, samples of what they make! But you're on your own! It's all done now, and overall a good experience.

We would very much like to express our enormous gratitude for the amazing work done in our house by West 4. On our ground floor, we had three rather dilapidated windows and one set of French windows which were getting rather unsightly and also functioning pretty sub-optimally. West 4 came to the house with new windows and doors prepared and installed them beautifully within the course of a single day. The new windows and doors are very elegantly designed and perfectly fitted (as illustrated by the attached images). The latches and other furniture are also both visually ideal and perfectly functional, so that it is possible very easily and conveniently to keep all the windows open to just the right degree at any given time. On top of that, the installers fitted a cat flap in the perfect position in the lower glass panel of the French windows, making life easy for both our cat and our small dog! We could not be more happy with all aspects of this project. Communication was excellent at all stages, the project turnaround time was extremely reasonable and the work done in the house was outstanding and achieved the minimum level of intrusion in our (slightly complex) daily routines. Within a day, what had been something of a domestic disaster area was transformed into a superb set of doors and windows which ideally complement both the internal rooms and the external garden. However, that is only half the story. Amazingly, this truly first-class work was all done for us at absolutely no cost! The reason for this extraordinary generosity is that West 4 were aware that we have a rather challenging domestic environment in that we have two autistic sons now in their 20s but with severe behavioural deficits. As a mark of incredible kindness and sympathy, West 4 agreed to do the entire work for us for free in the circumstances. It must be said that, with autistic children, one sees the entire gamut of human nature, ranging from fairly undisguised hostility to obvious and often moving sympathy. Suffice it to say that West 4 completely redefine the latter end of the scale. Not only have they shown enormous consideration for our difficult position, but they have given us an extraordinary and extremely morale-lifting embellishment to our house. It is incredibly moving and kind that they have done this remarkable act. If one needs any evidence of the essential goodness of human nature in our troubled times, then, as far as we are concerned, one need look no further than West 4 and their extraordinary generosity to us. It goes without saying that we wholeheartedly recommend their services and wish them the very greatest commercial and personal success. They most thoroughly deserve it.

I have used these guys to replace a number of windows in my old victorian house in W3 over the last 3 years. They make lovely wooden replacement windows - they look great, function effectively and they install them quickly and with minimal fuss and mess. What they don't know about replacing windows isn't worth knowing..

We recently had some custom patio doors made to replace some broken and ill fitting ones. The whole process was very pleasant and even though we had lots of questions and a bit of back and forth they never failed to answer our questions to our satisfaction. The doors are now fitted and we couldn't be happier with the result. Would highly recommend W4!

West 4 Joinery Ltd just done a window for our children's bathroom - a narrow and a very long one (non standard size). Something other companies (like Anglian) couldn't do. I am more than happy with the quality of work, the professionalism, exceptional customer service from Gerta and the speed of the delivery! Now we are going to order more windows from West 4 Joinery. Highly recommend them! Exceptional! I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could!
