I'm a repeat customer having had excellent experiences with Jafar previously. As always, Jafar did an amazing job replacing a couple of taps and a mixer valve. The job was meticulously done, and the result careful and clean. Each time it feels you're in the hands of a real expert – as well as someone who's super friendly. I urgently needed a boiler and thermostat replacement after my ~15 year old boiler failed during the new year holidays. I'm very happy with the final results. Jafar took real care and pride in his work, which was a pleasure to see.
Jafar answered my call at 7pm on a Sunday in January. We had a boiler fault and the internet was suggesting it could be dangerous. Jafar called back promptly, explained how to reset the boiler and reassured me on danger.
He was very honest in informing me that we could wait and see for no charge and saved me his £180 emergency call out rate.
I was very grateful and I highly recommend. I hope to give him some actual paid work soon!
Jafar has helped me on two occasions with urgent plumbing/heating problems and has been excellent on both occasions. Professional, efficient and polite. I would recommend him to anyone!
